Do you think gf that the fluctuations in blood levels would be significant as the amount of prop vs cyp and Dec is on the lower end of the scale?
What I mean is obviously it is optimal to inject according to the shortest half life but in this case would it make a huge difference?
To be honest nolys, I don't really know, there are so many variables. Obviously the lower the dose the least likely there may be issues with metabolization.. What we have to try and avoid is comparing what the bigger, serious body-builders are doing (with huge doses) and applying that same methodology of pharmacology to the average person on a relatively low dosing protocol... I'm sure the effects aren't linear as the dose drops off significantly... Again, body size may come into it, 2g -3g /week seems ok for someone at 120-150kgs... Try that same amount on a 70kg newbie and you'd most likely cripple him with side effects..!!
25mg test prop.... (78.8% ).... (2 day half life) or less, maybe 0.8 days..
??
35mg phenyl prop.... (64.5% ).... (2 day half life)
135mg test decanoate.... (61.2% ).... (7 day half life)
135mg test cypionate.... (65.8% ).... (6 day half life) or much less due to the cyclopentyl-ring on the ester..
As you can see you get more testosterone as a % and a much shorter half life with Propionate, but a higher dose with a longer release time with the other esters...
We know site of injection can influence metabolization and thus bioavailability, at least according to minto et al. (although he only used single dose nandrolone) but to date its the best study we have to go on.. So thats another variable..
Do some people get aromatization, gyno, DHT issues on 500mg/week.? The answer to that is, yes they do, so maybe we should always advise on the side of caution. Especially here on Bluelight..!!
