That is not exactly true. It is possible to die from an LSD overdose. I'll quote our own sekio for the most complete rebuttal to this statement

You seriously cannot tell me with a straight face that people taking 10 milligrams (10,000 micrograms) of LSD are going to all live and be perfectly fine. It is a myth that it's some sort of super safe psychedelic in overdose... the only reason you don't heart about more deaths is because people don't eat 100 hits of acid at a time any more.

All I'm saying is... both LSD and the NBOMe series are powerful psychedelic drugs that need to be treated with respect, especially in the dosage department. It is naive to assume that because you have heard more bad things about NBOMe that it is actually any worse.

In the 1960s nobody was buying their LSD from nameless, faceless people in other countries laying their own blotters with a shaky hand and an eyedropper. There was interpersonal contact and LSD was not exactly trivial to make so its availability was restricted to people who knew what they were doing. The major "manufacturers" tried to have some modicum of quality control. Nowadays anyone can go on the internet and order NBOMe tabs, "Not for human consumption", with little to no reliable dosage information and without any education beforehand.

The combination of greater availability, more individuals making their own dosage forms, and the benefits of the information age make it a perfect storm.

That DJ is actually mates with my mrs and I've seen him at more stomps than I care to remember. Winter solstice is coming soon so I'll have to dig out my beenie and gloves for a dawn stomp.
 
Drinking a lone beer to help ease the residual stim from MPA. I really am growing to like MPA, wasn't keen at first but I was aiming for a recreational, amphetamine-esque high, which I obviously never got. Tolerance is a bitch with stims though; with opies it took several years before my doses began climbing sharply, but by day 2 (with sleep, food and rehydration) on MPA, I need 100mg as opposed to 40mg only 24 hours earlier.

One tab seemed a good dose to me. Light but definitely enough to see many a pretty thing and giggle like a loon for a few hours. Suspect half would be a bit of a flop but have only had that one tab so couldn't say for sure. I'd go for one though - it's very easy on the head at that level I thought.

More so than AL-LAD for me. Again only the one single tab experience to base that on though. Was much less visual than AL-LAD was and had more of the mental effects I'd associate with acid which AL-LAD didn't seem to have much of at all for me. There were visuals but was more along acid lines than the far more exuberant AL-LAD visuals. Headspace was more interesting with LSZ - more "trippy" I guess - but without the intense euphoria and giggles I got with AL-LAD.

I know it's been said several times but I do kinda agree - it's almost like LSD split into two drugs. AL-LAD is the funfunfun,pretty things and giggles aspect and LSZ the more internal, more focus on thought and making connections, more analytical perhaps if you're of that frame of mind. I thought they were both interesting in their own right. Acid is still my special friend but have no objection to the occasional fling with its cousins.

It still does but that's nothing like the effect of either of the recent variants. AL-LAD would not be suitable for work at all - it's far too giggly and distracting. LSZ may be more feasible by why would you want to work if you were taking psyches to get a psychedelic effect? Neither are "weak versions of acid" so taking half a tab of LSD is not really a fair comparison. They are both quite active and "proper drugs" by any measure. They're just different to acid - similarities as there are with any psyche but not the same experience at all.
 
What would happen if you mixed LSZ and al-lad? would it be a decent combo? not that id ever do it
 
That was something I had planned but something else intervened and I had to put it off. Got none of either now but if/when they resurface it seemed an interesting proposition to me. Don't think it would be much like acid but could imagine it being quite interesting to see how the two blend - which aspects are dominant or does something else happen when they overlap in that way. I'm sure somebody must have tried it but don't recall seeing it mentioned but then I've not looked so probably wouldn't.

took 120ugs of LSD and about 300mgs of MDMA last night. Still feeling it quite strongly, however I've had 4mg Etizolam and a whole load of booze today. A strange mix.
 
I love etiz at the end of an acid trip. People say it kills the trip but for me it just stops the muscle tension and allows me to calmly reflect on the trip with some light visuals and a slight trippy headspace.
 
^sounds like a top combo to me.
My tab of LSZ yesterday hardly did anything and the coke I was going to buy was shit, so didn't bother with it. 1/3 of a g of K and 140mg of Oxy. Was sound asleep by 11, feel real good today(maybe because the postie was rather kind to me today).

Got a sample of 2c-c, so want to take it now, swimming with my old dear in a couple of hours. Wouldn't be one of my best ideas. (Or would it.... really enjoy swimming on acid :) )
