I recently started using Ritalin Recreationally and for a boost in mental performance, school wise.

First few times I used it I would take 5mg in the morning and 5 mg in the afternoon this was to improve mental performance in school, more of as an Performance enhancer not a recreational type of indulgence. At these dosages I had no side effects whatsover and no crash. Maybe I felt slight come up anxiety but nothing drastic. These dosages gave me a pleasant stimulation way above caffeine and smoother and they enhanced motivation concentration and energy needed for studyin, work and even exercise. The mood boost was mild to moderate.

But then I tried Ritalin more of as a party drug with alcohol and I didnt take that much two occasions once where I snorted half a 10mg table and took 20 mg orally and the other time I just took 20 mg orally. This was mixed with Alcohol and yea Ritalin enhances the effects of Alcohol I felt energized, Euphoric and even some feelings of empathy. I was very social and I had a very up Happy Energized Euphoric buzz it was fun. The amount of alcohol consumed each time with the Ritalin was around 7 beers and 5 whiskey colas. I didnt feel omg type of Euphoria but I felt good the whole night and up and I kept going partying drinking, my tolerance for alcohol was phenomenal.

But both of the times after crashing on this( Alcohol and Ritalin) i felt like really shitty for 2-4 days afterwards, not just one day . Agitated, Depressed Mood, Sleeping problems, Anxious, Irritable. My head felt really cloudy foggy and my mood was low after this combo, And usually I am very talkative I laugh a lot and smile a lot but after this combo i was down for like 2 days, not severly but noticeable. Also I felt a bit withdrawn from society, Anti social. Like I want to stay in relax and sleep. But when I am on Ritalin it sometimes gives me this feeling of really being on top , on top of society , I am handling everything much better I feel quite good and this effect is way more prominent when Ritalin is consumed with Alcohol.
But why is that when I only use Ritalin and at low dosages 10-15 mg per day my crash is nonexistent. But at 25-30 mg with ALcohol I have strong crashes.ANd I have done street Amphetamines, Mephedrone and at times it felt like the Ritalin crash was so much harder. Why? Also when Crashing what is the best way to pick your mood up again?

What do you want to hear?
The side effects you describe are just what happens when you take that drug.

I guess the best advice I could give you is to find something that doesn't give you unwanted side effects.
In the name of harm reduction it's not a good idea to recommend you take more drugs to try and block out the negative feeling you have when the methylphenidate wears off.
Perhaps "party drug" it is not the best use of this medication, and that is why you experience such undesirable after effects when you use it in this way?
Snorting pills is a really unhealthy thing to do (due to the ratio of active to non-active ingredients, and the fact that harmful crap like talc and pill binders can end up in your lungs, where they can accumulate and not break down, causing respitory problems.
Mixing Ritalin with alcohol is going to increase the "crash" as well - and it stands to reason that the more of something you take, the more of a crash you will experience.
Some initial highs aren't worth the resulting come-down. There's not really any way to safely negate they fact.

I'm sorry if this isn't really the advice you're looking for.

i don't understand how can you feel so bad for so long with so little ritalin. 2-4 days of crash? what the hell... are you sure it's the ritalin?

If I were to guess it would be a bad hangover from taking 10+ drinks.

Hey I am back on. I was thinking about it and yea the crash it is not from the Ritalin because when I take Ritalin alone as I stated before I rarely crash, basically no crash at all. It must be me maybe I am having a bad reaction to it because I drank soo much Alcohol while taking Ritalin. You know when Drugs and medication come into play People react differently. For me Alcohol ( strangely) intensifies the effects of Ritalin but the crash is hell.
What i the term for a person who likes to mix uppers with Alcohol? or is there a term as such? I dont know such a high seems satisfying to me. But I wont do it with Ritalin any more.

Yea your right, when I used those little 10mgs for partying and mixing it with Alcohol I went through rather tough crashes.... Whenever I take my Ritalin according to the guidelines and to the prescribes Information I have little to no Crash. Some mild side effects, but when taken as prescribed it effects me very very good and it helps me with Studying and work performance.
