Hi everyone, I'm on 0.5 mg of klonopin a night, would anything happen if I took vicoprofen with it? (Vicodin/ibuprofen mix pretty much)
Also, is taking benzos with alcohol actually dangerous or does it just make the affects of the meds stronger? Any bad side affects?

Thanks!

Well benzos and alcohol work on the same part of the brain yes it is very dangerous I advise against it since this is a harm reduction forum I obviously wouldn't advocate risky behaviour that could kill you. If you don't take anymore benzos then you can take the vicoden but don't overdo it cause benzos and opiates are another deadly combo it's easy to take one too many and stop breathing cause ethey both suppress your lungs. Just take your vicoden and don't take anymore klonopin while you are on opiates. I doubt mixing your benzos with alcohol will even feel to great it leaves a lot of people feeling too off and messed up its very dangerous benzos are what they give people when they detox off alcohol because it acts on the same part of the brain and eases withdrawal symptoms. Some people call benzos alcohol in pill form.

I love mixing benzos and opioids, benzos and alcohol too but Tge combos wicked easy to blackout on. Neither are advisable without significant tolerance to both drugs in the mix, and both drugs should be taken at a lower dose than normal.

I will admit, benzos and alcohol are fun. But they are pretty dangerous to combine. every single time I have mixed benzos and alcohol, I have blacked out, waking up with a vague recollection of what happened the night before. But, I usually drank pretty heavily those nights. No more of that for me though. Lol

The bad side effects from mixing could be respiratory depression, as mentioned. For me, would be re-dosing because that little bit felt good so I wanted to add more thinking it would feel better. That's another risk because you lose your inhibitions and could end up taking more when you don't need to.

Can't you just not take your K-pins for one night?

i think that would be the best to do

for me, having benzos on top of alcohol will make blacking out much easier while not getting anymore noticeably drunk... 0,5mg of clonazepam is little though, you should be fine, but be careful
