What sort of assistance do you need? I suggest you look at the stickies at the top of NMI.
There's some good information there like the adoption programme, where Bluelighters befriend new members in order to try n help them settle into the site.

Hey it's always confusing at first.
If you look at one of the BL Ambassadors profiles by clicking on their name n then "view profile," then on the left side choosing the "private message" tab. Well they will help you with anything.
You've done the right thing in joining BL - these people are the best n it's like a community here.

Yeah the site can be confusing in the beginning. Check out The Greenlighters Guide for the basics.

Yep.... that Greenlighter's Guide is ace. I must confess that, that is the first time I've actually looked at it, although I try and advise new members to look at it, but yea that Guide is a MUST READ for any Greenlighter in helping you learn about the site. Good stuff is that.
$slope$ - how are you getting on with things? Don't worry about the mistake in making two threads. We all make mistakes at first. That's why, as a member, I try to give advice where possible if I see someone making a similar mistake but hoy ho it's how we learn, right?!
