Peaches Geldof - at the going down of the sun etc

I've never actually encountered a floating shit in a swimming pool. Imagine one of those frankfurters sliding across the water at high velocity, the chaos that would ensue is beyond any human comprehension.
 
I really should get my gf to post and tell about what happens EVERY time she takes her autistic class for swimming.

I think its something like £3k to clean the pool out each time.
 
Can we start a pool shit appreciation/trauma thread just so everyone can be happy? Oh, and a thread about wankable posthumous celebs so no one is left out, with the stipulation that the celeb in question has shuffled off this mortal coil at least 10 years ago, to keep things respectful ? Pretty please?
 
I'd say that before he clapped his girlfriend Pistorius was even less famous than Peaches. In the UK at least.

I'd have been surprised if there wasn't a thread about her death tbh.

Edit - This is apparent in the thread titles. If it had been "Oscar Pistrorius Kills Girlfriend" and "Daughter of some annoying cunt and some dead cunt dies" then I'd agree with you lol.
 
I'd been sort of following Peaches life since she became a tabloid staple feature during her 'wildchild' teenage years. As others in 'the media' have been saying she seemed to have put all that behind her and she was into journalism and fashion shows and other stuff like that which celebrities do. She had to struggle to convince some people that she merited the fame in her own right, not just because her parents had happened to be famous. If she hadnt have merited it then the papers would not have kept publishing her articles and photos of her attending some event or other. Lots of people must have wanted to read what she had to say, or to look at pictures of her as she had allways been pleasing to the eye.
 
I've seen a little in passing, not all fanboy like MDB. Noticed Paula more, but even she dates from a time back when my interest in pop culture was already waning. Nowadays I wouldnt have a clue...

edit - Anyone fingering drugs in this yet? I have heard that she was discovered after a neighbour found the children alone in the garden... sounds a bit suspicious! The number of Police on site, & the delay removing her body also is perhaps indicative of an investigation, which might mean she did not die by natural causes. My moneys on acidental prescription OD &/or alcohol combo... what say ye?

Dont wanna seem all holier than though as that would immediately backfire on here, but i'm not keen on speculations as to causes of death. It is possible she had an underlying health condition, and that drugs or suicide is not what happened, which is possibly what many people are speculating.
 
it is of course, pure speculation. But I've got an inquisitive nature, so even if I don't post this sort of conjecture, it's on my mind...

I am not discounting natural causes, but it seems unilikely.

Reminds me of when the lad Stephen Gately from Boyzone died. Was a normal healthy young bloke who just passed away one night.
From what I recall there were no drugs involved, can't remember if it was an undiagnosed heart problem or not.

More her personality, her wit, the fact that she knew Phil Lynott and just laughed after Phil had dosed Bob Geldof with smack instead of coke so he could try it on her with her. Back in the 80s she was certainly the sharpest woman on the box.

Jay Aston from Bucks Fizz was more my wank fodder.
