Opioids Having trouble with Black Tar

Okay so sometimes my pet chicken IVs tar and sometimes he smokes it, but most of the time he just IVs it. And when he scores he usually buys a lot so he has some for a while. Now here is the problem/wtf.
So this is out of the same bag/batch so quality variance is not an issue at all. Sometimes he will IV it and it will be like meh, that was an alright hit. But latter, after it has worn off he will smoke the same amount and get blasted. This is not from having the use of both close together as sometimes he will do one and wake up the next morning with the same result. He just wants that good rush.
Does anyone know of any common mistakes that destroy the potency of the tar while preparing the shot?

We don't use swim, or my pet this or that, etc. Just use "I". Read the BLUA and forum guidelines when you get a chance. It's all in there.

As to why some shots feel stronger than others with the same batch of dope, you could be missing, not prepping the shot correctly, or just because it's a different time of day and there is alreat dope in your system. The longer you wait in between shots, the stronger they will be. Like, the morning shot is always the strongest and feels the best.
