Has an employer ever asked you if you do drugs?

My boss asked me to get a baloon of H for him! He's friends with my dad and he apparently told him that I have a history with drugs but I have a strong work ethic when getting hired, which is true, but you could imagine the look on my face when he came into the paintbooth and asked me if I knew where to get any painkillers, of course I was extremely hesitant but he's chill and assured me shit was cool so I said yeah but I don't use, immediately after he said "how about some H?, if you help me out I'll give you the rest of the day off" so I said alright, picked up a balloon, and enjoyed my day off. My boss is very unprofessional but I'll take it! It's not like anyones operating heavy machinery or anything dangerous so it really shouldn't be a big deal as long as shits getting done. He's also called me out to taste his favorite quality buds but only with me cuz were family friends and I also have my medical card. I'm very fucking lucky, I'm almost always dirty so if I was working a serious job I would have to really cut down on my drug use.
 
Yea, I have done drugs with probably the majority of my past employers... My boss when I was a wok cook few yrs back, and I, would stay after closing, and kick-it in the office snorting oxy30's and drinking beer for an hr or two each nite... I kinda miss those days lol!
 
I used to do drugs with the owner of my longest running job, he always ran up a pill tab with me and it would be in the hundreds of dollars and he'd write me a separate check out of the company account like it was a business expense for his opiates.
 
I just remember how my one bud in the suburbs worked at a ...cough national pet store chain...and had this one manager who was withdrawing from a massive opiate addiction and kept on talking about how much of a hell it was to my innocent weed-smoking friend...hearing about that always steered me away from opiates
 
Nope, never been asked.

They do know about my medical benzo use though because I had to report a bottle of pills as stolen to them once...they never did catch the bitch but I know who it was.
 
^ lol a manager at my work ALWAYS talks about here benzos, she keeps them in her pocketbook in her office, she advertises them so much I just have to steal them.... Haven't... Yet...
 
Oh yeah. I was working as a welder.. I nodded out in the rafters while working on a railing, and a spark caught my gloves on fire, then the ceiling.. almost burned down the entire building and myself. Hah. I got some drug questions after that one..
 
it depends on what kind of job it was. A kitchen I used to work in, yeah we all more or less knew we all used drugs. In fact, when we were all synced up on this one guys adderall pills at the same time we were probably the fastest kitchen in a tri-state area.

Pretty much any other on-the-books job I had though, never brought it up.

Pretty stoked today, I'm one step closer to getting back to work after that stupid whole meth psychosis ordeal... what a terrible weekend that was.
I'll stick to things that don't make me stay up for 3 days and hear voices, thank you.... O.o
 
He was a pretty cool dude actually. Was around my age, 3 years older. He would always let me use his car to go cop for him and etc..
Kinda sucks we went our different ways, but whatever.. shit happens.
 
It's so funny, with being on BL all the time, and just being so involved with the drugs for so long, you forget that the majority of the people out there have never even seen what some of us wouldn't even consider any big deal at all! Poppin a few xannies, crushing up a pill....It's like everyone's hiding, but we're everywhere...but still, it's not everybody doing it!
 
My boss called me out for being on benzos after I fucked up 2 peoples sandwiches in a row ... lol.. .badly too.

Thankfully im my own boss now...
