Meth -- No Euphoria

This is getting stupid now. I can't get euphoric feelings from meth anymore. Just yesterday I banged 300mg in one shot (have a low tolerance, too) and all it did was make me feel like I drank three espressos in a row. I blame the antipsychotics I'm on. Do I need even more meth to shoot to get that euphoria since my anti-ps are blocking off the fun part?
 
Stop taking those poisons, just don't stop abruptly. That is a huge dose anyway. You will not feel pleasure from anything and you will end up with movement disorders (tardive dyskinesia) from the brain damage it causes if you stay on. Trying to overpower them with a large dose will not likely work and could eventually kill you. The is no benefit to being on those drugs anyway.
 
Be careful man. I wouldn't get too careless just for the sake of coping a high that you most likely won't get. Besides the medication your on, have you been using amps at all recently? I know my tolerance shoots up retarded quick with amps, and I've never had any past addiction problems with it. Dosing once a week is the minimum break time between doses for me if I want to have a chance at real recreational effects without having to take mass amounts. Tolerance + that medication would really ruin it. I would wait till the right time to indulge, I know it's easy to be impatient.

You obviously lack basic pharmacology knowledge. Anti-psychotics block all of the pleasurable effects of amphetamines. It will never get you the hyperthymic fix you're looking for. Not until you get off of that anti-psych garbage that is.

OP, my DOC is IV Meth too. I didn't know that antipsycotics would block the Euphoria, so you probably ought to stop for a bit, detox. the silver lining is that your tolerance should drop some. I've been adjusting my dosage from a high of .4 down to .32, that's a decent sized dose, from what i gather from the sages here. I try to limit my usage to one night a week,(certainly not 100% successful yet, lol) and I can feel my tolerance growing. Any dosage above 3.5 was uncomfortable, so I'm guessing that .5 is going rattle you a bit. Since you don't have enough information yet, err to the side of caution! Like the HR threads keep telling us, you can always put more in, but you can't take in out! Play Safe, listen to your friends!

Did I strike a nerve? Sorry about that. I just feel like it was a well known fact that anti-psyches block pleasurable effects from drugs, especially amphetamines. Than with you saying how you were going to slam 1gs like it was going to make a difference, which is a very foolish thing to attempt. Maybe next time I will try making it sound a little less condescending.

It can't be that well known. My psychiatrist didn't even known anti-psychs block meth effects. Apology accepted.
 
Why are you so against coming off that poison drug? Everyone just repeated my advice. Do you trust your psychiatrist that much? If you are so hell bent on achieving ultimate meth euphoria again YOU MUST STOP TAKING ANTIPSYCHOTICS! They are proven to directly shrink your brain from atrophy. You are literally better off on meth.

What symptoms could you possibly be experiencing that makes you so determined to stay on those drugs but don't discourage you from using meth. It blows my mind.

If I don't take my clozapine, I have auditory hallucinations.
 
Tbh mate if you have auditory hallucinations shooting meth is truly not a great idea, let alone on the antipsychotics.

The euphoria is just not going to be there while on them, .4 of a dose is pretty damn large too, I wouldn't risk going higher, just really not worth it. If you weren't on the antipsychotics I bet you would have been bouncing off the walls pretty damn hard (you said you had a low tolerance), is it worth the risk?

It's a mood stabilizer, antipsychotic or major tranquilizer. They are designed to prevent your emotions from spiking, so it kind of goes without saying really. Your psychiatrist should do some research on... the shit he/she is prescribing.

"All antipsychotic drugs tend to block D2 receptors in the dopamine pathways of the brain. This means that dopamine released in these pathways has less effect"

What excuses the professional from knowing that? It's very basic info about the anti-psychs.

What difference would it make? Are you gonna diagnose him and justify his
Meth use to be okay? If your on anti psychotics , I would stick with those lf you suffer auditory hallucinations regardless if it's from drug use jn the past, your mental health and being is more important than meth. I'm just an overly sensitive person and emotionally and mentally I can't handle smoking meth or snorting it let alone shooting it. You will for a fact make your psychosis skyrocket
