^^ So I have an appointment with my primary doctor but it's not till the 28th of next month and I can't wait that long because I need to get back into the gym. It's been 5 days no gym just bed rest and it's really depressing and I just want the pain to go away so I can go back to my normal life. What do you guys suggest I take for the pain? Doctors here don't prescribe pain meds they only gave me 10 flexeril pills and I have 7 left and it hasn't been helping. Any suggestions on what I should do to solve this problem?

Hi OP have you tried any of these to see if these would help you?

massage,
physical therapy
electrical stimulation
rolfing
chiropractice manipulation

Let us know if any of these will help OP I hope you find the ease for the pain.

No I haven't tried either of those. I am going to talk to my primary doctor tomorrow and see what he'll suggest. He probably is going to suggest physical therapy.. do you think that will help with straightening out my back? Since I have a curve in my lumbar spine I don't want physical therapy to make it worse or be a waste of time you know? I was even thinking in investing to get the inversion table from amazon I just can't afford it at the moment since it's 100 bucks.. which isn't bad because I'd probably use it every day for 15-20 minutes.

I just really badly want to get back to lifting weights and it's really depressing me being away from the gym. Working out is what saved me from my addiction to Meth you know? I just want to recover soon so I can go back to my old life and not have to stay in bed all day. I can barely walk.. it sucks so bad! I can't even do the chores and bend down to pick anything and I hate that my wife has to do everything now. She doesn't mind it but I sure do. I want to be the one to take care of her you know? Just sucks!

I would think that the physical therapy and the chiropractic manipulation or the combination of both might help with, but then again it will really depend on how your back responds to treatment. Just give them a try and see which one will help.

Yeah I have to call on Monday to schedule an appointment with the physical therapist and I got an inversion table today so I'll be using that everyday for 10-15 minutes and see if that helps with pain and hopefully straightening out the curve a bit!

Aww that's awesome Maya I'll definitely have to try that out and see if it helps! Thank you so much =D I love this place!
