My best mate.
Day 5 on the oxy 30s now and may he say " he fooking loves it." the only thing is hes not getting much euphoria anymore.
he gets a short euphoric burst for about 15 minutes after he bombs a crushed pill but thats it. all he gets then is the physical effects after it (like a nodding donkey and my speech sluring).

Last night he took 2 tramadol 50mg and a 30mg line of oxy, That give me him lovely, sleepy head. Just wondering is that safe to do?

Anyone mixed Amitriptyline with oxy? he has no idea whats this mix is like or even if you can mix them? any advice

Chow for now
Peace out x

Your "best friend" is on the fast train to nowhere, fast. Tramadol is not a safe opioid to abuse because it lowers your seizure theshold and it does NOT mix with other drugs, there are so many it can cause a fatal interaction with. Amitriptypline with tramadol would be a good example of a likely lethal combination. Amitriptyline has no value for abuse, it is an anti-depressant that does absolutely nothing to effect abuse of opiates.

Oxycodone 30mg intranasal is not anywhere near a serious habit, so seriously, stop now and save yourself a lifetime of agony. Oxycodone is poorly absorbed via the nasal route, and no matter how you take it or what opiate you take, you will always be needing more, more, more, to chase the initial euphoria that if dependent, you will doubtfully reach, and will very likely if anything, always leave you disappointed.

If I had known what I do now I would have done so much more to not have my life revolve around a fucking tablet. For years I deluded myself until I couldn't deny that there was so much more to life that I was missing. Life without opiates is a thought that scares me and not having them and always having to worry about your next dose from a rational standpoint, is not a lifestyle that I want to keep on living, and I've been taking major steps to eliminate opiates from my life, I really don't want to end up on methadone or buprenorphine maintenance, because as a chronic pain patient at the back of my mind I always have to think about the future, and if I require this much opioids at this age, in ten years, I don't know any doctors that would prescribe me what I might need. Oxycontin was one of the "gateway" drugs for me, opened the doors to heroin, IVing, all the pharmaceutical opiates in circulation, and it created a void inside me, that I have tried to fill with every drug but the problem with pills I see clear as day, is not going to be a problem that is solved by pills. Simple as that in my experience.

ok looks like the Amitriptypline will be going in the bin.he will never have a serious problem with oxy or strong opiates as its near enough impossible to get hold of them where we live. it was just luck that he got hold of these, and as soon as these are gone its the end of the binge.
Also he doesnt have a addictve personality, he can stop something when ever he feels like

its not like Florida where you can buy anything from your local chemist.
its extremely hard to get hole of. its the first and probably the last time he will ever get hold of these pills

You're not getting much euphoria from oxy much because your tolerance to it and this happens quickly. My doctor used to prescribe amitriptyline along with oxycodone and this is because I complained many times that I couldn't sleep. He would not prescribe Xanax for me anymore so I tried the amitriptyline to use at night after antihistamines didn't work so great.

I also suffered from depression so amitriptyline is not something to take with no valid reason. This was while I lived in Florida so you can forget this notion of purchasing prescription medicine at a pharmacy without a doctor's prescription. You must watch a lot of tv or something.

They l give you oxycodone for [some things] out in florida if you find a cool doc:D
How long do you think he would need off them for his tollarance to come rite down?

And what is a xanax bar? i heard alot about them but have no idea what they are for? do they give you an opiate affect? are they good recreational purposes ect?

Ha. Riiiighhttt. Because no drug addict has ever said that before...

Your "friend" is in for a rude awakening.

Damn right....I had that belief until I was about 24, then I started doing oxycodone regularly. Your perspective will change, quite drastically.

A 2mg xanax (alprazolam) tablet. The largest sized dose that is made in instant release form. It looks like a bar cut in four sections so your can beak it down to .5 mg doses. Xanax is often considered the crack of benzodiazepines (which are a class of drugs that are used for insomnia and anxiety, for the most.) It is short acting and powerful, for that reason it is very addictive. Its the most sought after benzo for abuse in the USA, at least I have to imagine it is. It is also a huge risk to combine them with opiates, like oxycodone. That combo is the most common combo of drugs that kills people.

I don't know too much about tricyclics like amitriptyline, but I will say its probably best to avoid mixing them with other drugs. I am pretty sure they don't mix well with much, but I am sure there is someone out there who will tell you they go great with something. Keep in mind there are a lot of crazy people with raging tolerances on this website who have mixed and matched every drug under the sun, that don't mean its a good idea.

Xanax is a benzodiazepine, an anti-anxiety drug. It has effects sort of similar to alcohol, including making some people act like idiots, and being risky in combination with opioids.

Generally opioid tolerance takes a long time, like many months, to come down, but it really varies from person to person and depends on how much they're taking.

are benzodiazepines all sleepers? i dont know why anyone would take them for anything other than sleeping because i had valium once and all it done was knock me out and made me sleep for hours.
Does xanax give you a nice or euphoric feeling that valium or diazipan doesnt? as my mate is thinking of trying to get hold of some.
On a scale of 1 to 10. ten being the best feeling you could ever have like your first opiate hit, what would you give xanex?

It's entirely subjective. Different people react differently to them. Some find them very euphoric, some use them to make themselves less anxious, some people just get knocked out. It depends on the person and the dose and the particular drug in question. I don't bother with them because there are better drugs out there that don't make you act like a drooling, sleepy moron, and produce crippling dependancy that can cause seizures in withdrawal.

my friend used to take 30/500 cocodamol tablets (codine), he would take 3 a night for about a year and that would blow his socks off everynight. it was brilliant, he just culdnt wait to get home and chill out in the nights but after a while longer he started taking them in the days asweland thats where i think he built a tollarance. it went to 4 tabs then 5 then he started CWE and now he cant even feel a thing even if he has massive amounts. its horrible!!! hes thinking of giving up opiates for a couple of months and hopefully the oxycontin will bring the euphoric feeling that he still craves everyday cos at the momment he thinks oxy is so so so overrated.

im prescribed both Xanax-alprolozam and valium-diazepam. and in my opinion valium has more of an euphoric feeling and Xanax has more of a sedating calm effect
not a good idea but I tend to always mix my opiates with benzos opiate im using with some valium increases the euphoria and opiate im using with Xanax increases the nod but its not something you do because they are both cns depressants and like someone said above it makes your risk of overdosing a lot higher
