How many mgs of Adderall to equal 30 mg Ritalin?

Hi everyone ?. Couldn't recover my stupid pw so I'm back to greenlighter.. Boo. Lol

Anyway, I've been searching n just getting more confused.

How many mgs of Adderall IR would b equivalent to 30 mgs Ritalin IR?

I kinda went thru my 90 20 mg Ritalin pills in 8 days & only have Addy left.

Snorting Ritalin will make you go through a pill every ten mi a, then 2 every 10. Try or Ritalin it got me good for three hours and wasn't as anxiety ritten as snorted. .i know 30mg addy is stronger than 20mg Ritalin. , HOWEVER, adderall is a stimulabt that works opposite then Ritalin, it releases dopamine where as Ritalin blocks reuptake of dopamine ...so a conversion possibly may not be necessary ???

I kno that's right! I can at least make 30 mgs railed last about 2 hrs before I'm wanting more. Railed rit makes me a bit hype n focused but orally it doesn't seem to do much but sometimes slow down my thoughts. Also railing rit takes away any anxiety I have way better than the 6 mgs kpins I'm prescribed. Weird, but w/e works I suppose!

I just tried 22.5 mg addy railed n just feel calm. I do have ADHD tho. Weird amount of mgs bc I have 15 mg IR's & 30 XR's. I dnt touch the XR's bc of one bad experience lol. I kno 15 IR didn't do anything for me last time (did knock me out tho lol) so I fig'd I'd try 1 & 1/2 pills railed n slowly work up to b safe.

Some places I read addy is weaker, some said same, some said stronger. Talk about confusing.

Maybe be from personal experiences, how do u feel addy n rit compare strength wise?

I have taken an addy XR 30 before orally n was wired badly (I'm talkin 5 hrs straight of walking my town) n panicked the whole comedown n then some! The IR's dnt do that, they strangely feel like I took a few opiates in the sense I get sleepy n relaxed as heck! Course I have nvr taken the IR orally, only railed.

With my panic disorder I fig'd I'd start slow on the addy n add more as I felt needed. Rather have to redose than to overdose!

Snorting it makes me calm n relaxed like Xanax. Will oral b the same or would it have diff effects like the 30 XR I did? That made me beyond anxiety ridden!
 
I wish I could tell u. Ritalin blocks reuptake of dopamine. Adderall releases dopamine and serotonin . I know for me adderall keeps me calm, but if I over take or snort I'm an anxiety anti social wreck ...maybe 30mg addy is too much for you..?
 
I feel Ritalin has a stronger affect on your CNS system , more stimulating , and not in a pleasant way...or maybe less stimulating it just acts as cocaine I can't stand . Ritalin has a short half life compared to adderall keep in mind you will feel effects longer
 
Thanks opiatekrzy! I've taken 3 doses of 22.5 mgs & 2 doses of 15 mgs over the past 12-13 hrs, with at least 2 & 1/2 hrs in between.

Nothing but calmness n relaxation. Except one dose. I crushed 15 mg roughly of XR beads n felt anxious a little, nothing bad. Maybe I can't take XR formulation.

I've been checking my HB regularly and it hasn't gone over 73 BPM. So it really is calming me. I could straight pass out on this stuff lol.

Ritalin is diff for me depending on ROA. If I take it orally it just slows my thoughts n makes me b more positive. When I rail rit it gives me a 20-30 min rush then I just feel like I'm a normal person but more focused n alert.
 
Apples and oranges they act similarly but way different in the extent of their effects some better or worse when compared to each other youll have to dose ritalin and find out yourself
