Flight MH370: Where the FUCK is that plane?

Because he loved flying and video games ? :)
I bet flying is a fucking amazing buzz and it doesnt seem that odd to me that a pilot would play with a flight sim. It's not like a shelf stacking sim or..... cant think of another boring job atm but you get my point
It could be as innocent as deleting a saved game that went horribly wrong

Am keeping an open mind, but it seems kinda shitty the way the blame is slowly being aimed at the pilot. Of course he may be responsible, but even if he wasn't he always going to be the fall guy if they couldn't figure it out

They're framing the guy.

Also why has it only just now come out that people spotted the plane flying low over the maldives islands at 6am that same day?
Only after the 11th day of the 'investigation'...
They should have started looking there immediately.

Is there any live satellite imagery which is constantly updated 24/7? Sort of like google earth but with daily updates. I wouldn't be surprised if the plane is at Diego Garcia.

There are apparently military radar satellites that just record whatever happens to be below them 24/7 that could conceivably have caught at least part of the missing hours of fight but being military they'd be keeping schtum about the details in public presumably.

This plane is in North Korea. There were some nuclear weapon experts on board and Kim Jong Jing's secret police disappeared them to Pyongyang. After they've forced the engineers to rig up the plane as a nuclear bomb, they'll send it back on a course to Beijing and blame it on America. This is because they don't know how to make a nuclear weapon or a missile and they want to stir things up for a laugh.

No! It was Aum Shinrikyo and they rigged the plane full of Sarin Gas which they manufactured themselves, now planning on crashing it into Tokyo.

Would be a particularly pointless thing to load a plane with and aim at a city really. They managed to fuck up letting of sarin gas in an enclosed space so can't really seem them working an open air version. Plane loaded up with "something" and aimed at "something" would appear to be a distinct possibility though. What else would anybody want with a commercial airliner?

It is fascinating stuff this though. The families of those on board must be losing their minds

The families of those on board were today physically ejected from the press conference.

At least two female relatives of missing passengers were thrown out of the conference room before the daily briefing got under way Sky News reports.

Speaking to a scrum of reporters and photographers one said: “We don’t know how long we will be waiting. It’s been 12 days where’s my son? Why aren’t you giving me any answers.”

Another relative said: “We need to know the truth. We need to know where the plane is. We don’t need someone to look after us every day.”

Later Malaysian police officer preventing the media from talking to the relatives.

If and when the truth or "the truth" comes out I give it 2 years max before the film comes out.

Film is already out.

This morning it has been revealed that flight data has been deleted from the pilots flight simulator. Proves bugger all of course but like has been previously mentioned why would someone who flies actual planes need a flight simulator unless practicing something out of the ordinary?

Fun?

I know a guy who owns a plane. He also has a room in his house dedicated to his flight sim shit.

But you are talking something that costs £10 on eBay.

This guy had a self-assembled proper 777 simulator. Self-assembled because the real ones cost 15-18 million dollars.

Unless I'm wrong and you know some seriously rich people. This guys simulator was ridiculously expensive. He's not playing GTA for planes.

As fun as that sounds....

Courtney Love Explains Illustration of Missing Malaysian Airlines Flight: ‘I’m a Little Obsessive’

Courtney-Love-3.jpg

A few days ago, Courtney Love posted a photo on her social media outlets believing she had possibly found missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, using a very crude diagram (see below) to prove her point. The Internet world immediately took this ball and ran with it, discussing Love’s post in humorous fashion. Adding to her original post, Love has since elaborated on how she came up with her hypothesis.
As of this posting, Flight 370 has been missing for 11 days. Mystery is increasing with every passing day, but a service called Tomnod is inviting people to help find the plane using satellite imagery.
“Yeah I went to the satellite site and just uploaded tons and tons of pictures,” Love tells New York Magazine, confirming that she found the area herself. “I really doubt aliens took it. It’s got to be somewhere. I’m a little obsessive.”
However, in an update from Tomnod, it seems that the area Courtney Love scouted had already been ruled out. “Although it is still an interesting clue, it is looking much more like the other boats operating in the region,” Tomnod said. “Keep up the good work.”
Love, meanwhile, adds, “I mean I don’t know anything about aviation per se. I saw an article asked people to help search on Tomnod.com so I decided to give it a shot. I figured a plane would still be leaking some fuel so I searched for signs of an oil slick. I found one and there appeared to be an object nearby. I don’t know if it is the plane or not, but I figured I’d do my part and bring some awareness to the site, for the sake of all the families involved.”
She concludes, “I hope they find the plane, I pray they’re still alive, it’s sad and my heart goes out to all those involved,” she said. “It’s the least I can do.”

I'm no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick. http://www.tomnod.com/nod/challenge/malaysiaairsar2014/map/128148 … prayers go out to the families #MH370 and its like a mile away Pulau Perak, where they "last" tracked it 5°39'08.5"N 98°50'38.0"E but what do I know?

The ever-selfless Courtney Love there, eschewing cheap publicity as always. =D

Does anybody else find it strangely kind of, um, sweet? As well as completely narcissistic and cynical?
