400mg Naproxen (Sharp stabbing pain in right lung with every breath)
 
3mg etiz. one can of 9%, a terribly fucked up hit of salvia, bout to have another 9% beer.
Going all out tonight
 
First sober sex in awhile (no acute w/d or opiates in my system, awhile=3 years) + bunch of hash oil/reclaim. E-cigg, bout to have a real one as I drive the gf to class.
 
135mg/ml methadone (from the clinic)
20mg diazepam (Apaurin)
2mg clonazepam (Rivotril)
30mg midazolam (Flormidal)

made me nod like hell, at one point i just went asleep and woke up 10-15 minutes ago, was asleep for about 4-5 hours

Chillin, feeling pretty damn good. Might do 1-2 more mgs of sub in a bit so I can have a little cushion to land on when I come down from my last line.
