What will happen to you until you're body gives up on you?
I understand it would vary on the person..But just a estimate please on how many days

Depends on your activity level, I guess.

I think Wikipedia covers dehydration and starvation quite thoroughly.

With dehydration, you start to hallucinate and eventually your kidneys fail as they are the main biological pathway for water. Then your heart fails due to hypervolemia and toxemia from the kidneys stopping.

Starvation... I've heard you just eventually slip into a sort of lethargic apathy until you suffer organ failure. By the time you die your mind is not able to process very much information. Eventually the pathways for protein synthesis, which in of themselves are made of protein, break down, and then there's no going back. AFAIK it's why really starved children and adults can't be resuscitated.

I guess it depends on the body. I read autobiography book entitled heavenly man. He fasted for 75days without water and food, but still survive with no illness.

someone must be watching over me then. Very closely. thank whoever for that.

If you're asking about yourself then you should give more context about your situation.
No I was not in the right frame of mind, just a thought I had and was interested in. I do think it would make good discussion in healthy living.

[someone must be watching over me then. Very closely. thank whoever for that.] <-----Just a stupid comment.

Lol, you can definitely go longer than three days. Dry fasts have been done since we lived in the Savannah. It's a superpower of humans (along with sweating, funny enough).

Yeah but not eating or drinking as well as walking around everywhere
Yeah you can last longer than three days but it's all in the mind...eg, you are hungry...You do not need to eat you are not hungry. If you push yourself you can survive. Don't think about it.

This thread is not in the interest of harm reduction or healthy well being. If you want to discuss strategies for intentional starvation, then do it elsewhere.
