ah i ended up not tripping last night. got too tired by the time my usual dose time rolled around. its super warm out today tho (44F / 7C), warmest day we've had in months.... i'm gonna take a light dose of 3-meo-pcp and go out for a walk in a little bit here... gonna be nice going for a walk now that my frostbite is pretty healed up, i haven't been able to be very active at all recently... then gonna take a bit more with some DXM later on tonight.... will listen to that track then.

Its super warm and sunny day here today too. Lol. That song played on radio when I was driving to work, and again when I was driving home from work. hahaha. It made me super smiley as I'm having some kind of afterglow from that 80mg of MXE I did yesternight.

No, actually I feel good to not have it anymore, I dont have to think whether to do some MXE or not :D absolutely no idea when I have chance to get more of that stuff, could take a month or a year..
I'm going to take MDMA next saturday as its my friend's birthday. We're gonna have a party at his parents' big house, sauna, baths, jacuzzi etc I just hope my friends can get some MDMA too as it will make it so much better when there are other people rolling also

yeah, it is pretty tempting stuff. i am going to be sad when my 3-MeO-PCP runs out, but perhaps i should feel good about it when it happens, like you with your MXE.

i only recommend it if you think you can be responsible about redosing. i only ever got into trouble with it when i would take a good amount, then get really high and say to myself "this is awesome! i should take some more!"
when that happens with MXE i just end up laying there and feeling very disoriented but euphoric. when it happens with 3-MeO-PCP i end up getting up and doing stupid things in a delirium. =/

blegh, just had a roadblock in my trip plans
my aunt/cousins all share one vehicle.... it barely makes sense how this all happened, but the vehicle is dead 30 miles to the south.... the keys are 20 miles to the east.... and the parts/tools to fix it are 20 miles to the north....
and guess who gets to do all that driving
i'm usually happy to help, but i've been their taxi for the last two or three weeks. i thought earlier this week they finally got their vehicle fixed for good, but now its broken down again. hopefully this is the last of it.
i'm going to tell them they should just scrap the damn thing and buy a new cheap used car. its a big old Dodge Durango (big sports-utility vehicle).... if they sold it to a scrap yard they'd get somewhere between $500-$1000 for it. its getting warm out now, a cheap car would likely last them all summer up until it gets cold again next winter.

I did read you getting frostbite, but what's the story man? Did you post it here or in the 3-MeO-PCP thread? That sounds messed up...

Probably my favorite Gwai song of all time. That and Like Herod will blow anyones mind live.
As far as the new albums are concerned I still love them equally as much as the old stuff. I like how they evolved from Guitar driven, to piano, to electronic. They will always be one of my favorite bands no matter what direction they take it in. I can tell the recent electronic influence comes from them signing Errors to their record label, which is an awesome band. Basically a more electronic version of a mini-Mogwai.
I love Explosions in the Sky, don't get me wrong. I've seen them live and everything, and they're not as much of an experience as seeing Mogwai live is. And also I feel like Explosions in the Sky was the first wave of Post Rock bands to take what Mogwai was doing and pretty much copy it without adding anything new to the sound. I'd take it over anything they play on the radio but I'll always feel like they're a little bit of coat tail riders.

for various reasons i felt it was best left out of the B&D 3-MeO-PCP thread. mainly because my doses were huge and way larger than an inexperienced dissociative user should be considering... way larger than i should have considered myself even, and i have an epic dissociative tolerance. i only posted about it here in the PD Social and a little bit in the Lounge.
the actual frostbite event was a bit less of a blackout than my other couple blackouts i've had on the stuff (i know, i know, i am incredibly irresponsible, i have been kicking myself in the ass over how poorly i've handled the stuff)... at the time i believe i thought i was dead, and my house was a sort of purgatory/afterlife that i had been trapped in for what felt like eternity.... i knew there were doors i could use to leave the house/purgatory, but i felt like the outside was dangerous. eventually i got tired of being eternally trapped, and i decided to go venture out into the outside. wandered around outside for about 10 or 20 minutes, started sobering up (i think the cold somehow sobered me up).... realized i was walking around barefoot in the deep snow in my every day life, i wasn't dead.... and i came back home, and tried to put the pieces back together...
the frostbite is healing up really well... everything i read online said the timeline for frostbite healing is like 2-3 months.... its now almost entirely healed.... i will need to chafe off/exfoliate some more dried up skin soon, but all the blistering is healed. i used large doses of L-Arginine, Vitamin C, and water to help me heal, i think it helped a lot.

EITS was a bit of coat-tail riders for sure, but imo they definitely added a unique flavor to the formula. Explosions is a lot less repetitive, and i think they have a stronger grasp of music theory. that 'gwai track is epic and awesome, don't get me wrong, but they basically just repeat that same rising melody for 14 minutes straight lol. the non-repetitive Mogwai songs are mostly pretty short compositions (if you consider 5-6 minute track lengths to be short, which is actually short for post-rock haha).... EITS's long tracks have a lot more melodic progression to them though.

Yeah I've heard that track. And don't get me wrong I love Eits. I just don't have the same level of respect for them as I do some other post rock bands. And yes I agree Mogwai, especially Fear Satan is repetitive, but I thought that was the point.

Re Shambles...yes, he should poke his head over here...got his his new modstick over in EADD, which was the most happening place in Bluelight....but PD social just might be taking over! Knocks passing has left more than a scar over there...too sad...great bloke, folks passing....happening too much on BL the past few...

Yeah, Roger is a chem wizard! Since ADD fell apart with the exodus of FnB, Nuke, vektor, Murphy, etc, it ain't the same. But Sekio and Ebola have done a smashing job at keeping things going...I've been through so many incarnations on BL, might just stick with Amanitadine for the while...a simple farmer, 'tis all...heheh...Wtf....how I ended up here is a tale to be told someday!

Not for the faint of heart, nor those shy on will power...it's a sneaky bastard too...you think yr alright, til you find yourself in the wormhole, or frostbit in the TNWs case! Can easily see that happening....took some today, supposed to be on a break, but the siren sang her song and I came running...it is the closest thing to a "functional dissociative".... I had to pull two stillborn lambs out of a heartbroken screaming ewe....now that was a first! I kept my shit together, barely, but cripes....it is Mrs. Amanitadines Bday today too....gotta get myself together and presentable....gonna cook a couple of our grass fed angus steaks....we don't eat much red meat, but hell, we raise em, so tonight should be an occasion fitting...

Was a friends Bday on Friday...so I let the 2C-B floodgates open....didn't partake m'self, but was awesomely hilarious to watch everyone try and bowl after hoovering up lines of the aforementioned...I still hold 2C-B and 2C-C in quite high regard....so user friendly. Looooong ago it was my mission to flood the planet with such, but China took over for me thankfully after I got popped...I don't think their motivation was the same as mine, but hey, as long as the stuff gets out there....that's all that matters really, innit?
Godspeed you black emperor is serenading me as I come down from the the 3-MeO PCP....time to fire up the tractor, bring some hay out to the cows, and call it a night. I love this track. Explosions in the sky is magnificent.
I remember last summer while I was in Amsterdam and we stayed in this hostel at the countryside (it was real authentic, we slept in caravans, lol) and there was this little cabin where you could smoke weed, very chill place. Anyways there were speakers that you could use to listen music, so I plugged my phone in and put some explosions in the sky on. We were just smoking there high as fuck with two brazilian guys and didnt really speak, just listened. This another guy who came in later recognized it and asked if it was Eits, which was pretty cool. What a beautiful place it was, it was by the lake and there were ducks etc. Good times.

I like the advice passing well, but given the crowd...I worry that this sorta Pollyanna thinking, or the expectations it encourages, is what makes us so fucked up. Maybe that's just me, but I am making progress undoing damage caused by psychedelics, made a mean-spirited quip behind someone's back the other day. Haven't done that in a long time.
