possssibly missed a shot of dope & now my muscle's sore/tender...what's happening?!
i've been an opiate user for the last 3-4 years, the last 1-2 using the IV method so i'm pretty good at what i do now, got my rituals down packed & everything. i almost never miss my shots, but everyone has their off days so i'd say i'd miss like 2-4% of my shots every so often...i'm usually the go-to person that my friends will hit up if they need any assistance hitting themselves. anyway, i used to use my hands a lot but the tracks got so bad that i decided to go to the usual spots, the elbow crook/ forearms. i've been using those spots on both my arms for the last 2-3 months now & haven't had any problems really. maybe 3-4 days ago, i shot myself in my left upper forearm, just underneath my elbow crook. i guess i missed a little bit so after i was rubbing/massaging the spot to sooth the soreness of it. as time passed, i noticed the soreness never went away & the pain actually got worse, as well as the condition of my arm. it's not red or anything, but it's definitely swollen...& the pain in once small section (probably a couple inches in diameter, upper forearm, right underneath elbow crook) now stretches from the middle of my forearm to a little above my elbow almost into my biceps. it's near impossible to stretch out my arm in it's entirety, probably like 130ish degrees (180 being a fully stretched arm)..i could force myself to extend my arm but it takes a while & pain endurance. the muscle is very sore, tender to the touch & feels hard. i can't even bend my wrist down (as if trying to touch my fingers to my wrist) without it hurting. i can bend my write the other way with no trouble at all though. my actual elbow feels as if there are fluids in it, esp compared to my right elbow/arm. i tried googling what was wrong with me but have had no luck, but it may be cuz i'm not entering the right key words into the search box, so anyyyyyyyy help from here would be awesome! me & my left arm thanks you all!
p.s. sorry about the essay of an explanation...it's a bad habit of mine to over-explain things haha
