Cold-ness off of certain drugs

Sometimes off of MDMA/2-FA/4-FA/ (and i think 6-APB if i remember correctly) i get as cold as fuck, i assume its not an uncommon thing, i dont always end up cold but sometimes, is it partly due to the effects on seretonin and/or dopermine that helps regulate body temperature? pre ban meph never made me cold which is odd
 
Usually when i get vasoconstriction, or what i've recongized as vaso, i get red hands and they feel hot, its been the worst off meph and that stuff stims my tits off far beyond the others, although i guess cold-ness as well would be vasoconstriction
 
MD at lower doses definitely makes me cold, always end up snuggling under loads of blankets if I take it at home. Not noticed it from meph.

Drinking alcohol tends to help me feel less cold. Drinking on stims is almost essential for me now, really helps take the edge off.

Along with its cousins, they don't call 'em the 2C-Chills for nuffink. Very hit and miss, but more hit than miss with 2C-E (and from memory 2C-I) especially for me. Don't recall ever getting it from 2C-B but probably have. Other than that, 6-APDB often has me shivering under a duvet until it fully kicks in. MDPV can go either way but more often than not I'll have the heating on full-blast throughout a run and still be chilly. In the latter case, almost certainly vasoconstriction I should think.

Other than those I can't think of any that I relate to feeling chilly on, although a number of drugs make me shiver which I sometimes think of as being a bit nipped but am actually not at all. Kinda like a cold shiver only without the cold bit. Perhaps a dopamine/adrenaline effect? Is what I've always thought seeing as stims (and stimulating psyches) tend to be the main culprits.
 
Its in part due to the action certain drugs have on the hypothalamus in the brain which controls body temperature, appetite and sleep -mostly stimulants that effect this part of the brain in such a way.

Pre ban never used to for me which is weird. also stims never used to give me the shits until i started doing speed
 
Ketamine has always has a chilly, somewhat 'clinical' feel to it for me. It doesn't actually make me feel physically cold (quite the opposite usually - toastyket) but more a certain mental and emotional coolness. I often associate it with a sense of "flying" through cool, deep (yet somehow not dark or actually cold) waters. Perhaps because that was one of the main themes of my first ket experience.

Also, I adore the chilly feeling of IV (and to a lesser extent IM) ket as I feel it flooding my system. That and the sound of the kettykopters koming over the horizon. Mmm... IV ket <3

(although not really possible these days and, obviously, one to be extra-cautious with iv as it can be kinda potent to an overwhelming degree)

No. Ketamine attacks your bladder if you hammer it fucking ridiculously over a very extended period of time.

And meth doesn't make your teeth fall out.

I speak from experience, have a beautiful set of teeth and piss quite normally thanks.

I respect what you say (honest) I just think K-holing should be compulsory, like they should 'teach' it in the 6th form or something.

I'm afraid meth is a bit moreish like. I mean, if you think meph is then be prepared for that with bells on.
 
ah shame man, you have to do bucket loads of Ket to get that kinda damage. Even amongst heavy users, it's not that common!

Fair enough though, if it's something that puts you off a drug that could become a dangerous & unhealthy addiction, fair enough...
