Was i ripped off? I only see some smaaaaaaall visuals almost none.. a bit sore throat and thats about it. I got some 11mg Miffys in my pocket.. should I take half of those so i have 20mg and the effect gets stronger? I weight 55kg and am 18 y/o

Sorry, conform our rules we don't address "what should I take?" or "Should I take this or not?" type direct questions, nor do I know what Miffy is so I couldn't answer that even if I wanted to... Decide for yourself how you want to proceed.
Whether you were ripped off or not: First of all we cannot really ID or analyze your pills from across the internetz but you could try using sites such as ecstasydata to check if your pills press is in the database. Your location is important in narrowing it down so I can't do that for you.
But your response doesn't suggest strongly that you were ripped off. 15 mg 2C-B is just not a significantly high dose for most people though it is for some. At such a moderately low dose most people get empathogenic mild MDMA-ish effects rather than visuals and psychedelic trippiness. Just take a larger dose next time if you want stronger effects. Perhaps you were slightly lied to and got 10 mg instead of 15 mg, that would most of all explain your underwhelming reaction. But you might just as well not be very sensitive to the drug.

How could you weigh a pill? It contains binders, fillers, etc as pill ingredients besides the active drug in it...
Not sure what to do with the rest of that info but have a nice experience with it I guess, whatever you decide to do or take henceforth...

If your pills are really 20mg... I doubt they have 15mg of 2cb in them.
Either way, it can take up to 2 hours for some of the 2C drugs to reach peak effects when taken orally, so be patient.

Ok i took 1 15mg blue heart and just some heat running through my body and etc.. nothing visual like promised nothing. Just a bit rainbowy edges... the n I snorted half of 11mg miffy 2cb still nothing. Absolutely nothing... whats going on? Got a call from a friend he also took the 15mg blue heart and be told me whoa nice shit and stuff.. i was like man i dont feel anything after 26mg of pills i swallowed or snorted... someone tell me wtf is going on here... will it take effects 5 hrs after ingestion? This is stupid..

People are affected differently by things, I have had the same happen to me many times with LSD, my friends would be straight tripping off the same batch and I would take just as much and barely feel anything.
How long ago did you take the first dose? Did you have a full stomach? If so the food absorbed some of it.

I had to take 30mg of 2c-b for a strongish effect, so if you're a hard head then maybe this is your problem, most 2c's have a steep dose response curve although 2c-b usually doesn't fit that profile

I applaud your desire to explore the mind, hopefully you'll be posting a success story at some point. Sorry you were disappointed.
