polands drug culture? Here from usa

Hello swim is very curious. Being from the usa you know how that goes a lot of addicts to every witch substance. Baltimore city is where swim is from and is a open air drug market and pretty much anyone can buy heroin, crack and ect. all you have to do is drive around a few blocks from down town and you will probably be flagged down because they know who's looking. And most time don't have to worry about being ripped off because its a business to them and they want you to come back. How does it work in poland i would imagine you have to have connections?? Swim has .5 subtext left and doesn't know what to do , i am guessing a clinic is out of the question. Can any one give me and info or what goes on around lets say ostrow wielkapolski, witch i know is a very small city. Would appreciate any info. thanks
 
Ya no need to be swimming!!.. haha, I never been to Poland but I know a lot of Polish most of them seem to love alcohol and speed and they will smoke some weed. But, and this is a massive generalization they really love Vodka and speed!
 
Thank you its very beautiful here and i just want to enjoy my trip. i am here meeting my wifes family and don't think i could deal with being ill
 
ha i use swim cause on other sites they don't want you to say i. Jus used to using that.. any way yea seems like thats pretty much all every one does is drink. i had vodka last night and drinking and withdrawing was obviously a shitty mix lol but i did not want to insult my wifes family and not take the shots offered.

Since you said you have only 0.5mg subutex left I guess you are looking for opiates?.. Why don't you try looking up the Polish word for heroin addicts and then google that with the name of the city you are in (e.g. "heroin addicts"+"warsaw").. You will probably find the name for a street or area where they hang around and if you ask someone in that area or areas you might be able to score. That method usually works in Spain or Italy anyway, it's worth a try!!... Just be extremely careful because it could lead you to a dodgy area, only take a realtively small amount of money and don't go alone if possible. Also go when it's bright outside, don't go down any alleyways etc,, IF people think this is bad advice then don't do it...it's fine in Spain usually but then I don't know much about Poland.
 
thank you guys for the support and advice , people going through or that have been through it always understand. these sites help so many.if found 2 over the counter pills you can buy in the pharmacy with codeine witch is nothing if you have a tolerance. might have to use it as a last resort. i do like the idea of hanging around a clinic that always worked in baltimore well see. does any one know about cold water extraction to separate codeine from other ingredients in the pills? they are named antidol and thicodin . they only have 15 mgs codeine but if i extract enough would at least take the edge off
 
Illicit opiates market in Poland is not as big or easy to access as it is in the USA. Ostrów Wielkopolski is small city and only drugs you can get there are weed and shitty amphetamine. Nearest place you can buy brown heroin is Warsaw. There are no open-air markets there any more, only phone connects. You can meet junkies in front of methadone clinics and buy methadone from them or ask them to help you with getting H but there is good chance they will rip you off so be careful.

Thiocodin doesn't require cold water extraction as it has no paracetamol or ibuprophen in it but it can irritate your stomach if you eat to much.
 
just a update for people. was cooking breakfast yesterday when i was looking for pane found a huge drawer full box pill boxens all in polish did some translations was able to find 37.5 mgs or tramadol and 100mgs pills. myolastin witch looks like a benzo and a mussel relaxant hopefully will help a little.
