Took dph and I'm going seeing things the next day

I took like 20 25 milligram pills of Benadryl dph and had a had a horrible trip. I lying in my bed and I noticed my vision was blurring and the words on the book I was reading were popping out like a 3d movie. I looked at the wall and spiders were running up and down it. Then I realized that my bed was bristling with fuzz and the spiders were coming out of cocoons in the fuzz. I started freaking out and hitting the spiders but my hand went straight through them and they turned into black goo that was trying to get me. I was having leg spasms and I could barely speak because I felt so heavy. I sat out a hellish delirious trip for what felt like eternity then went to bed.

I thought I was all done with it when I woke up the next day but I kept seeing things out of the corner of my eye and I'm incredibly jumpy. Will this go away or am I permanently psychotic?
