Lost ten pounds in one day

I weighed 190 on Monday after eating a lot of food over the weekend. I worked out Monday. Today, I went to the bathroom and went a lot. Then I worked out this morning I and now weigh 180.
 
lol a combination of water weight and fecal matter. Odd question but are your Bowel Movements regular? If they are like every other day or some thing like that then a large meal and no BM might cause your weight to spike, along with some water retention. I knew a few cats way back in college and high school that barley made weigh ins for wrestling by taking epic dumps.
 
I "lose" almost 10 lbs (always over 5 lbs) after I've been out partying for a weekend. I'll weigh myself on Monday morning (just for fun) and like whoaaa! Hah. But it's just all the water weight gone. I go back to my normal weight by Wednesday usually.
Losing water weight can seriously change your weight.
