No you dont, didnt ask me for any of that when signing up. Also hes buying not selling coins.

Localbitcoin is just as good, just Ive never had to send in anything for bitbargain. :S

^ last time I used it I had to send ID, pictures etc... don't know if they've changed that.

it's inferior to localbitcoins anyway, it has less traffic and the coins are thus usually more expensive. Best off comparing the prices on both sites before paying for them.
