Background - been mashing up to 450mg MDMA per outing. The magic is long gone and I am lucky to get 90 minutes out of one dose.
So, I have 3 club nights to go to in 7 days. It's like a suicide mission for my serotonin receptors.
1st night - did 300mg. It was OK, not amazing.
I knew I had another night coming up, so I started munching 74% cocoa dark chocolate as I heard it helps, obviously loaded with the all important tryptophan.
2nd night (2 days later) - did 150mg first dose. Incredible, got my smile back that I had lost on MDMA and was having a fckin excellent time. Better than my previous night! And the company was worse.
Felt a bit ropey a day later, and had some up-down feelings but not too bad otherwise. Kept munching the dark chocolate at 100g a day or so.
3rd night (3 days later) - did 120mg first and ONLY dose. Amazing, was happy beyond belief, danced all night and kept going for an incredible 5 hours. WTF, 5 hours! I would be typically stone cold sober within 2 hours. And doing so many MDMA trips so close together, I expected no buzz.
I keep munching the 74% cocoa as part of my diet every day. Min 50g, but 75g. In general I feel fantastic. It's like a new wonder drug I discovered.
10 days later, I go for another clubnight.
This time I take 100mg. Smallest dose ever. And I am bouncing till 5am. I redose at 70mg after 5 hours, in fear of losing the buzz but I actually don't think I needed it.
Summary - I went from 300/450mg a night, to 100mg a night and got a better feeling. I would say the magic 'ALMOST' returned.
Recommendations - 75g of 74% cocoa dark chocolate every day for 7 days pre-MDMA. I eat 50g or so as soon as I get up to make sure my system eats it up asap.
Oh btw, I don't recommend doing 3 clubnights in one week. I think every 30 days is OK, but every 90 days if you can.
