What you do mean OP?
pH is a measure of acidity but I'm unsure how it relates to your dope, it should make little difference on absorption, also how can you tell you lost pH since by you asking this question I doubt you are doing pH tests on your dope

pH doesn't affect potency, any loss in potency would be due to degradation of the product, but AFAIK 3 months should not be near enough time for heroin to degrade unless you decided to hide it in your oven or something
You won't be able to test potency without sending it to a lab I'm afraid

Baking soda is a base.. the ph scale goes from low 1-6 acidic, 7 neutral, 8-12 basic so you will increase the PH. But as herion if it needs any PH adjustment at all it is a acidic one to aid as a buffer to promote its ability to dissolve.

The baking soda is for absorbing it in your stomach more efficiently if taken orally. This will work but oral is a crap ROA. I didn't think meth degrading over time very quickly but who knows. It apparently attracts water from the air so it could have dissolved and seeped out or something leaving you with the msm cut.

Meth has over 80% bioavailability in all the major ROAs IIRC. So raising the pH in the stomach is gonna do fuck all, really.
