Frequent low dose MDMA use

For the past 2 months I've been using MDMA every week. I know you aren't supposed to, and once a week is pushing it, but I only use between 50-100 mg at once with no redose. I am not sure if it means anything but half the time its being combined with other psychedelic drugs like ketamine or mushrooms. I'm not necessarily asking how safe it is, but I'm wondering if its safer than using lets say up to half a gram in a night only once a month.
 
No one can tell you which one of those scenarios is worse, and it doesn't really matter - they're both bad. MDMA isn't meant to be used that frequently or taken at such excessive doses. I think you'll find the experience more enjoyable if you stick to no more than 200mg(or 250mg if you really must be utterly smashed) every 2-3 month in addition to substantially lowering your chances of running into long term problems.

I can tell you that 100mg every week is too much. Now, while 50mg every week probably won't cause any permanent harm(e.g. neurotoxicity) it will increase your tolerance and upset the neurochemical balance of your brain.

agreed . Pure mdma, tested of course, needs to be used once every year at mos, so pick the best time of the year, and if you cant, wait. I have taken a ten year break, due to the fact, my fiances were low, and couldnt get out of town. Mdma, in my opinion, is best used far away from home (although if you are set on using it, you could use it closer to home in another city) I recommend having patience and waiting for the time when you are

1. far away from home
2. have someone who either
a. has experience with mdma, and you can babysit them while they roll, and you can babysit them, o seperate nights(unless you have a third sitter)
b. someone who you feel super close with and can babysit you, and you them on seperate nights or if you have an extreme bond you roll together(its probally best you look out for one another and one be he babysitter one night) youll be surprised of teh contact high you get from your friend

mdma loses ts magic fast! my first two times were the best and I did them a few days apart (in fact ive done 30 pills in less than a year, some bad, and some god, so in my expirenece, its best to space it once a year- YES IT TAKES MENTAL CONTROL- use the force Luke, but I promise and I really do, in my expirience, if you only use once a year, the first few times can be golden)

the people who use it every few weeks or months -well from my experience, its just best to use it once a year or less-like I said Ive used waited a decade, (Im 32 and started using in 1999 at 19)

Everybody is different obviously. If I were you I'd use K or mushrooms weekly if you have to (for some time, trust me it gets old too), but never MDMA.

Actually I just happen to have been using MDMA, ketamine, mushrooms (occasionally a different psychedelic), and DMT all once a week in various combinations or all separately. And with a lot of pot. For the past 5-8 weeks.

I have officially stopped using MDMA and ketamine for now; and will be taking at least a month break from both.
 
Health wise, ketamine is going to be your main concern. I'd consider MDMA to be far less damaging to your health as opposed to Ketamine, which causes some pretty nasty bladder problems, among other things. Small, weekly doses of MDMA are not going to do too much physical harm, but tolerance will rise and you will lose the magic of MDMA sooner rather than later. Always make sure your MDMA is tested, you don't want to mix any MDMA-substitute stimulant with ANY other drugs (except Mary of course). On the plus side, Ketamine's antagonism of NMDA receptors should theoretically help keep amphetamine tolerance down.

Mushrooms and DMT aren't anywhere near as physically dangerous as MDMA and K, but I hope your obviously strong mind can keep up with heavy psychedelic use, especially when combined with other potent psychoactives.

If you choose to continue such a heavy regimen, I'd pick up a good multivitamin (look for one with Piperine; major aid in nutrient absorption, pro-serotonergic, antioxidant, etc), as well as Tyrosine and Tryptophan supplements to help replenish certainly exhausted catecholamines. You might also want to look into additional vitamin C and some antioxidants. Always remember to stay HYDRATED, it will help avoid many problems, drugs or no drugs. Be smart, be careful, and take risks responsibly.

Ah, so helpful! Thanks. I would agree that ketamine is more harmful (at least it seems), but I only use it in small amounts (20-150 mg, no redosing) much like the MDMA. And thanks for your concern, but I make sure all of my drugs are safe to consume, and ever since my friend had that seizure I make food and water my main priority on trips.

Could you expand or source what you said about the supplements? I've never read anything about that and would like to know.
