I took 150mg of trammies and a sip of codeine cough syrup around 7PM last night. I did not feel anything big. I went to bed around 8PM and around 4AM, I wake up feeling high as a kite. Like I was too high to sleep. It was like my body woke me up and said 'dude, you gotta wake up and feel this shit.' It's now 7AM. How is it possible for me to get so high 12 hours later?

I think tramadol has a metabolite that is more euphoric than tramadol itself. Also roughly 10% of a codeine dose gets converted to morphine. So I guess you are what we could call an efficient metabolizer (i think itjs 2cypd6 but i always get these enzymes wrong so just wiki it)

Do you have an opiate tolerance?
That's a funny question because I use opiates on the weekend but resume my normal healthy and physical lifestyle during the week. The point is that I had some people on here claiming that my tolerance would go down because one cannot manage tolerance but I'm guess that's not happening.
Short answer- no, I do not have a real opiate tolerance.

So what you are saying is that my body is good at mixing opiates? The high was probably better than what I ever experienced with percocet.

Some people get a great long high from tramadol some find it stinks. This is probably a genetic issue, seems you lucked out now go thank your momma and poppa and read the stuff i painstakingly copied/pasted.

As mentioned tolerance is also a factor with a decent one both these opiates are next to worthless.

That makes up for my not being able to be any taller than 5'9.
