Benzos xanax potentiation

is there any way I can potentiate my xanax (without opioids)?

I read the rules and guidelines, and don't remember anything about it being against the rules about asking about potentiation, but if I'm wrong I'm sorry, go ahead and close the thread.
 
SirTophamHat (sp) talked about using GFJ to potentiate diazepam... I presume it would also work w alprazolam.
 
yeah i use tagamet but it really doesn't affect the potentiation one way or the other
 
ive found that nothing will make an opiate high stronger but some drugs will make it last a little longer and others will make you more sedated not more pain relief or good dope high can be accomplished in my opinion
 
gfj never really did much.....Cimetidine I THINK it did...hard to tell when your tolerance is out of whack and your taking other stuff as well at the time

Try doing opiates all day, but abstaining from weed, and then at the end of the day smoke a fat bowl of some indica (sativa if you HAVE TO) and come back and tell me marijuana doesnt potentiate opiates ;p
 
White grapefruit juice and cimetidine both inhibit cytochrome p450 enzymes potentiating a host of drugs, xanax being among them. I'd suggest taking the xanax sublingually yes it tastes horrible but unfortunately that's life. ;)

Personally when I used to try this the difference was negligible and didn't seem worth the cost of the Tagamet. GFJ however is delicious and is never a waste of your hard earned dollars.

I've found dxm polistirex to potentiate almost everything my memory is hazy on whether it's worthwhile for benzos, but it certainly couldn't hurt. Try dosing 60mg BID and see where it takes you.

So does white grape fruit juice actually work? Expecting some Etizolam, hopefully today. Would buying white GFJ help extend the half life?

Also what makes you think sublingual dosing makes for a stronger hit so to speak?

I've bought 100mg but hope to ration it as far as possible. So potentiating the effect is of great interest ;)
 
Are you trying to make your benzo doses last more? You're already too far if that is the case taper off.

Take it from someone who has gone off these things recently.

Honestly if your benzo dosages aren't working anymore you have to start tapering or start preparing for a horrible failure.

As far as your 100mg it's not going to help you much as far as your 'rationing' you're speaking desperately as though in withdrawal.

What are you trying to lengthen the etizolam or mainly its effect?

Okay,I know this thread hasn't seen action in a bit but it seems the appropriate place to post this.My current dose of xanax isn't strong enough and I'm gonna run out before my refill.I've heard so much about the cimetidine thing that I finally got a box.My xanax tolerance is way high.How much cimetidine do I take and how long before my xanax dose?Also,how much increased effect should I realistically expect?I've read so much contradictory stuff.I've heard up to a 50-75% increase in potency.Any and all help from those with experience in this would be greatly appreciated.Thanks all
 
Alprazolam already has an extremely high b/a anyways so there isn't even room to make it 50-75% stronger.just gonna have to tough if out. And either tell ur doc ur dose aint enough or do like I and many others do,order alprazolam online whether it's blotters pressed pills or pure powder (just used my last 10 mgs ir so of pure alpraz powder..(time for 120 mgs of methadone and 100 mgs of diazepam.....toléranc is à bitch....(Any noobs read This do NOT try MY doses unless u want to be worm food)

I've done oxycodone and heroin with weed in every combination there is and no matter how much opiates I've taken or how much or little weed I've smoked it invariably tends to overpower the opiate high and make it less enjoyable.

The combined effects of two drugs is not potentiation, it's just poly-drug use.
 
Ways to enhance Xanax without opioids or alcohol

Omeprazole raises levels of Xanax in the body. Taking one or two caps of omeprazole 20 mg. fifteen minutes before take the Xanax increase the Xanax concentration in the CNS and its psychoactive effect.

Hidroxizine, doxylamine, prometazine, difenhidramine, cyclobenzaprine, clonidine, barbiturates and sedative antipsychotics such as haloperidol, clotiapine, quetiapine or olanzapine power sedation caused by Xanax.
 
why take xanies in the first place?
gpj never did much for me either, dull the absorbtion enzyme?
gador bars and xanax upjohns are a recipe for nightmares and bad dreams.
Good for a last resort, but not to be taken everyday, no way.
Improve social skills? seems to work for some, but the short half life seems to merit the worst withdrawls of any benzo.
They have their place, just incase.

Not necessarily. One psychoactive can potentiate another, just because the other substance is a drug in it's own right doesn't mean it doesn't qualify as potentiation. For instance, I find that piracetam makes the high from weed much more potent, and I wouldn't rule out this being called potentiation just because piracetam happens to be a drug itself. Check that you're not talking nonsense before you try and be pedantic.
