the vast majority of the welfare budget goes on pensions i believe. Rather than sanctioning the very poorest working age people why dont they abbolish free tv licences and winter heating for wealthy pensioners who dont need those perks. Everyone agrees that is a fair cut to be made, as yet further cuts still need to be made.
 
cheers eveleivibe :) il see when I get my drugs counsellor thing sorted tomorrow if I can go for it or not I only want a couple months of from the constant rejection of applying for jobs and not even getting a reply just something to keep my debtors off my back il even go on drug testing if got me on the fucker

They will never abolish winter fuel payments for overseas Tories because they are overseas Tories with postal votes.

You wanna cut budget money cut stupid wars in faraway countries that cost billions (per missile launched - only slight exaggeration) and the war on drugs that just costs billions without even launching missiles (I'm not ducking).

Smash the state.
 
that's the thing the more cannon fodder we slaughter in the name of some fairy tale ugglybuggly called god the more money it brings in because of the cost of the war machine its self and the reconstruction

to right its a multibillion pound industry that goes were into the hands of sicko most of the time think of how the country could be run with that money every kids tummy full every night no hassles with the nhs and the likes its sickening to think of the money I have pumped in to the pockets of faceless monsters who would kill the own mothers for a few extra quid

Good advice on getting help from the CAB to fill in the ESA form if you can as it is pretty extensive,I done mine over the phone.
I have since then received a form from ATOS which was for the Work Capability Assessment if I remember rightly.
Luckily for me because of the cancer and chemotherapy I didn't have to go through the whole form as if u do have cancer & other medical issues you can skip majority of the form and just get the doctor to fill in your cancer details on the very last page.
But would deffo get help with the form if you can.
 
that's the thing will fighting a drug problem be covered by this I wonder ?

I guess I could go with mental health problems arising form this which the will be you dnt just stop 20 plus years of daily drug abuse like that and walk away well I know I wont
 
I honestly have no idea where you would stand with ESA and drug issues Foolsgold mate, only just learning about this particular benefit myself.
I guess you would be best to seek advice from the CAB before filling in any forms, you may have more luck going with mental issues but I wouldn't like to say for certain.
 
cheer maxalife its a new on me

my thing I went today its this compulsory back to work scheme thing / training said that its a possibility il have to wait till after the drugs counsellor tomorrow the get back to the doctor .

think mental health is the way to go as I've been section before and got reviewed by a social worker and shrink at Christmas after my over dose on synthacaine and they want to see me again in 3 months after getting clean to review my mental state
 
Any medical evidence you have and if you can show that you've been sectioned etc that should help you prove you have been having problems with your mental health.
The more proof you can come up with the better I should think.
Also any run-ins with the police that may have been recorded can be put down to mental health issues
 
cheers thing is I know what's wrong at the minute I am in one of my manic stages all good will and the likes but this is a short lived thing and next comes the depression suicidal stuff .

so glad I am having to do all this in one week before the inevitable happens

Page 6 covers drug n alcohol issues. Information stated does gain points. Mental health not always recognised by Atos. They tend to concentrate on the physical. As for filling in the WCA form write something in EVERY section if possible and try to write NOVEL lol. It all helps. Think of any health issue which is affecting you, however small, it could all count towards the 15 pointsu or more you need to be awarded ESA. I always attach extra sheets as they get my life story and have been awarded Support group for3 years. Sent latest today as most peopleare assesrf annually as i am. also photocopy all sheets, it gives u a record n helps with nxt yrs form x
