nasal 300mg meth. when will i be sober

YOU took quite a big dose (saying 'a friend' fools nobody), depending on tolerence and personal physiology it could be anywhere from 12-24hrs uh ntil your completely sober.
Having showers and food will help (especially stuff like fruit).

sorry if it came off like that but i was just asking if any of you had done this much at once and how long did you stay high as im not as high but stilll pretty fucked up its been 13 hours...... holy shit.
 
Pretty reckless partaking in a dose of this size without first testing the quality? Methamphetamine is an insanely strong stimulant even people who don't use know this. Diving into a pool without first checking the depth can lead to unexpected consequences... but seriously what else did you really expect to happen?

Best advice. As an IV user there was nothing worse then eyeing a dose that was not quite enough and leaving you disappointed or the opposite and the dose is too high leaving you a sweating, heaving mess on the bottom of a shower for 15minutes.
 
the half life of meth/amphetamines is about 8-12 hours, so it will probably take a day or two before he's feeling better
 
I'm an IV user. And i just feel the need to do a shot again every 10-12hrs. even after 12hrs, i'm still tweeking and bit and deciding if i should even take another shot.
 
if you don't have any benzo. try (depending on dose and meds) 2 or 3 antipsychotics. if you don't have none of those lying around, just get a 6 pack and chug it. that should relax you.

Disregard that first piece of advice please OP, anti-psychotics are not a good choice for stim comedowns as they increase the risk of seizure.
The alcohol is a better idea but in moderation, a blackout while on meth could get really messy.

Me and my friend use anti-psychotics all the time on the comedown. or when we're feeling too anxious/paranoid after too big of a hit. we've never had a seizure. just don't take too many. and if it's something that you're already on, then the risk is lower i think.
You are right. That is horrible HR advice. But snorting a 300mg line of meth is a rough thing. so you must make hard decisions you otherwise wouldn't do. Meth psychosis is a bitch. I've just dealt with it recently. my friend was going through it. he held me hostage in his house because he was too paranoid to be alone. so he would just block the door when i would try to leave. But then i just felt sorry for him....
 
I too have used anti psychotics in the past to ease the comedown if benzo's aren't on hand. Quetiapine (Seroquel) is what we use to use. I wasn't aware of the seizure possibilities though... Interesting little fact

The problem with using antipsychotics for this purpose (other than the risk of seizure) is that they can have adverse effects that actually increase the risk of psychosis. It's just like antidepressants that can make you more depressed and suicidal.

Beefy, I'm wondering if you are getting meth in NY. I'm only asking because it's pretty unheard of here outside of the gay community (not that there's anything wrong with that, my father is gay ;) ) so was just wondering if you got it while living in NY or elsewhere.
