pretty sober. sober enough to be worrying about money and family and housing situation troubles.

4 hours of work to get through and I will be swimming in more opiate bliss than I've felt in 5+ years.

several bowls of hash
2 spliffs
1 lagunitas brown shugga
.4mg buprenorphine snorted 11 hours ago, still feeling somewhat
 
Round 7pm I sniffed 3 large lines of very pure crys, laid out a few for 2 friends who bought me beers, took 1(pretty sure)mg clonazepam. Then at 10:30pm started smokin a few bowls, rather slowly... wasn't goin at it too hard, as I was flyin solo and it's more of a social/wake-up-and-go-to-work drug), not to mention it was already 10:30-ish. About 2 hours ago now (fuck! damn BL) smoked 3 hits, drank 3 beers, took 600mg Gabapentin and 7mg Clonazepam with a big bowl of chronic. Now more chronic this time with tobacco mixed in, 300mg more Gabapentin and 1mg more Clonazepam and I'm hopin to pass out reading or listenin to music.

Do you micron filter ? how bad is cotton filtered sub ? lastly do you snort liquid ? Have some cash-flow problems and at least I know I've got 6ish mgs of bupe. Am very intrigued by the sub mg doses ppl on here do.
 
ohmygod!!! amazingly!!

After reaching my 'ceiling' limit of codeine and running my tolerance up sky high to the point where I wasn't doing anything except keeping withdrawals at bay, Then tapering back to ~1/4-1/6th of my peak dose for most of this year, I got 200mg of oxy today!!! Banzai! Higher than I've been since possibly the first 9-12 months of my addiction!

Tolerance is still pretty retarded though, 140mg of instant release oxycodone and I'm not nodding. (used to nod off 150mg codeine, I'm a hyper metabolizer)

I got my bimonthly script early, how pathetic is that. Damn nice of my doc though. I'm gonna take somewhere around that of instant release and OC. Gonna do it at once instead of taking, being unsatisfied, taking more ...

OT: stoned on sativa.
 
Pretty damn high... got the 2mg kpin, 24mg lope (much stronger w/ WhiteGFJ 2.5 cups), 800mg lyrica, 75mg hydroxyzine, and 7.5mg mirtazapine all kickin in now, but I just got pretty damn stoned off of the last of my 0.2g Sour Diesel, nice sativa :)

Also 5 Camel Filters today with a Lucky Strike thrown in, feelsgoodman
 
This week I'm rehearsing for a show, so it's .5mg sublingual buprenorphine, 140mg lisdexamfetamine, and lots of weed, and this will be my daily routine every day until sunday.

100mg Bupropion IR taken on a full stomach kickin in! Only time these days where I feel caffeine and low-dose pseudoephedrine actually are worth taking. 30mg pseudoephedrine and a cup of coffee with a cup of English Breakfast tea, couple more cigs, feeling really good, stimulation is becoming very noticeable...

Walkin deads dope! Have to watch the whole series threw to keep up but its a good one.

OT: Bouta get faded on a big ol dose of dilly and enjoy a turkish royal in the snow.
