These ok to take with DXM?

I'm taking 300mg of DXM only and I was wondering if very small doses of chlorpheniramine maleate and phenylepherine hcl are ok to take with it? or would it be pointless? Thanks.

Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine Maleate are commonly placed in over-the-counter preparations of DXM due to their decongestant properties. However, they are not euphoric and Chlorpheniramine can be dangerous in above-therapuetic doses.

Therefore, I would avoid taking them.

Grapefruit juice make sure u get 100% juice it contains an enzyme inhibitor that slows the breakdown of dxm be careful as it cause quite a noticeable increase in effects
