Yeah I always leave that up to the girl... mainly because you risk pissing her off/making her jealous if you're the one to suggest a certain chic. +1 on this as it really sound advice. I would tell your woman to start paying attention to other women and see if she can identify the ones who are into her.. I have always had much better outcomes if the second woman is more into the lady I am with as it leads to less jealousy or mistrust with the woman I am seeing. Also nothing better than watching some beautiful lady who totally has the hots for your woman absolutely try and devour her. Places that cater or atract lesbians and bi sexuals is one option. Then if your lady is attractive you may just need to go in and have a couple of drinks. Don't invite one of her friends into the mix as this can be bad. Also I would discuss the rules before.. just kinda like even thought we are doing this we are still going to only have sex when we are together as some people start to freak out that their partner is just green lighting it with any third party members that the couple sleep with. Remember to practice the safe sex though.

Don't go to friends unless they actually suggested it or hinted at it themselves. The advice about letting your girlfriend do the looking is good actually.
