^Are you west coast? I was gonna say keep up with the times, cause I was snorting a line when the ball dropped. But if you are on a 3 hour delay then that explains it.

I actually had the most boring new years eve that I can ever remember having. Even being a kid and having a few friends over or going to a buddies house was more fun than that. Since I've been old enough to drive myself places I have been at some sort of party for the occasion with all of my friends (hell or even a few of my friends and many complete strangers) that was exciting or loud in some way shape or form. The last 3 years we had a decent sized shindig at my place, but since I moved out of that house it's like my friends all stopped giving a fuck and nobody does anything anymore. Everyone I asked wasn't sure what they were doing and just ended up chilling at someone's house with like one or two other people. So I had two friends over my place and did jack shit. Didn't even get drunk really. What a fucking let down.

I did on the other hand already fail at my resolution. I'm not gonna consider it a fail exactly, more of a delayed start...
I failed to finish off the last of my dope stash last night. Heh, I tried but it would have not been good to do any more. Haven't puked from being too high in a long time. Then again I haven't gotten extremely high to begin with lately, been keeping my use in line sort of. Either way, I was left with some this morning and I am in fact using it in 2014 will you look at that. Right now to be specific.

And memph- I would have straight up called that fucking worthless *fine upstanding lady* to go fuck herself and I would have tried to throw her ass out of the restaurant myself. You're 100% right if the roles were reversed and she was white (which applies to you in real life, not her) but she called you "nigger" (which applies to her in real life, not you) then she would get kicked the fuck out of that place and everyone would have felt bad for you, but this ugly fat *fine upstanding lady* (I'm assuming anyway, that's the image I get when I hear this story) gets to call you a cracker and you're not even allowed to be upset about it? That's fucking crazy. Bitch is getting way out of line and needs to be smacked back in her place.

That story makes me mad even just hearing about it.
Is your manager who threatened to fire you a *fine upstanding gentleman* as well?

No I'm in eastern time zone but like everything I do in life I'm always late. Good news is I got a bottle of pills to eat today.

Good for you, I was j/k'ing anyway. But I was snorting a line as the ball dropped, so one high was attained in both years.

the assistant manager who threatened to fire me is black, yes. the assistant manager that spoke to the lady when i left is white. the manager of the whole place who called me and told me im not fired is black. they are all cool guys tbqh. i was honestly shocked that not even the white asst. manager said anything about her calling me a cracker because he was the one who was standing right by the table and heard everything. now i realize that racism against whites is what some may call rare (i dont because i encounter it daily) and this is only the 2nd time someone has called me something like that and i truly felt insulted and taken aback but i dont care what race you are you shouldnt be allowed to use racist comments in public no matter what your race is. its not OK for a black to call a mexican a wetback or a mexican to call a black the n-word or for an asian to call a white guy a cracker or honkey.


another co-worker the other day (before this incident) was talking to another server and said i looked like elvis....again, not 100% racist but fuck that its almost just as bad and i said something to him. i just told him that that wasnt cool and it was just like me telling him he looked like sammy davis jr. just because he is black. i felt like an ass though because he got kind of serious and was like "i was just talking about your hair man, but i didnt think about it like that, im sorry". racism doesnt just come from the mouths/bodies of whites people.
 
I worked with a black guy and I would ask if he was related to jimi Hendrix or Lenny kravitz because they are black. I would also sing vanilla ice to him too and brag about how great he is.

But seriously Memphy that sucks about your job. Do you work at CRACKER barrel?

Well I just about chewed my fingernails off waiting for my guy. Like usual it did work out... but this time I was real concerned I would be left with little to nothing for my 24 hour shift at work tomorrow.

Now I am nice and high though. Unfortunately I know this run has to come to an end prob on Monday, but I'm enjoying myself in the meantime. GTA V and dope for the next 3 days, well except work tomorrow but maybe I'll bring he system in w/ me. Gotta say GTA V is much, much better than IV. The setting, the storyline, characters, and the customizable options have me thinking it is a way better game. Like San Andres was the best for the old gen systems, this one is the best for the current. Kind of like a mix of Vice City/San Andres rapped into one for the setting/characters, which is pretty sick.
 
^ My GTA V game keeps getting stuck when I try to save it and freezes up.

Memphis, I would call HR and claim racial discrimination. I did that when I worked for a corporation and it worked, even though I'm white and I was filing it against blacks.
 
Yea, I've read up about it and it looks like there will have to be a patch to fix it from Rockstar. This is the second time I've had trouble with the game, it once deleted my entire story. I was maybe 5 missions away from finishing, so I had to start over. This time I played the stock market right though on GTA and all my characters have hundreds of millions of dollars.
 
Man, I wish I didn't sell my 360 and GTA. I loved that shit and was just starting to get into the online multiplayer when I hawked it for dope money.

Now that I'm not using anymore and actually saving money, I'm going to buy it back, but I was almost finished with the story when I sold it, so now I'll have to go back and play it all over again to get to the end. Ha.

Anybody pick up one of the next gen consoles yet?

Yeah that's how I feel. It takes a few years for the game developers to start making games to really use the power of the new systems, so once the games start getting really good for the new consoles, don't come out on 360 anymore, and the price drops a bit, I'll buy one.
