Getting in trouble at work for trying TO HELP customers. Yeah, I get it - OMS orders are customers too, but those are GUARENTEED sales!!! Shouldn't we be helping the people who haven't decided yet?! I'm not going to walk away from someone who asks me for help! ESPECIALLY IF ITS A CUSTOMER!!

Seriously, I've been told, by a couple of my managers, not to help customers. I've ALMOST BEEN FIRED for rufusing to leave a customer I've been helping.

Seriously. Don't blame the employees at the biggest electronics store in the US. It's not our fault!! It's the fucking managements fault!!!! Tell them you don't like being pissed on, and then, maybe, something will change.
