How taxing is DXM on your liver?

Sorry if this post doesn't belong in the mdma/empathogenic section (i personally consider dxm empathogenic because i just love everything on it)

I was wondering if between 300-500 mg is of straight dxm is hard on your liver?

I currently am taking accutane (last month) and i know that does a good deal on your liver, so i didn't want to add additional stress even though my liver has been fine up to this point.

If taking dxm is not too harmful on the liver, would drinking that night (dx'ing around 2 pm) be ok? or is that a big no no to dex and drink in the same day?

I'm not sure that DXM is very hard on the liver as long as you have sufficient CYP2D6 but maybe someone can expound upon that. I don't know anything about Accutane.

You really shouldn't drink with, before, or after DXM - just for the simple fact of how much of a toll DXM can take on you by itself.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I mean I dex'd plenty of times before so I know what Im getting into but haven't in like 6 months, so I'm thinking things might be more intense.

It most likely would be more intense.

I can tell you that I mixed DXM with a lot of things and alcohol always resulted in projectile vomit before or after DXM. Even just thinking about it now I'm ready to gag.

I have an iron stomach, so to speak, so if just thinking about it makes me want to vomit, its probably not the best idea. DXM itself hardly ever made me vomit (unless I got vertigo from a 4th plateau dose because my ass wasn't lying down like I was supposed to be).

^ According to the DXM FAQ, that's a common reaction when alcohol is mixed with DXM.
