It's in a sort of salmon pink / red colour, so that you don't want to just punch the person next to you after reading it - A calmer colour.
But FUCK it's still an absolute crock-a-shite.

It's cloudy and cold outside already, and now I feel the same.

I feel capable of work UTI of bupe. And have applied for several jobs and secured some interviews whilst UTI. Ive just had to turn down an interview for a job i feel quite confident i could have got, not many people would want to do it, and my experince would put me in very good stead. Ive got several weeks of recovery to go through otherwise if and when i rejoin the workforce.

I dont know how they assess psycholgical reasons for limited capabilty for work, i had a doctors note for stress and depression, but never went down the ESA route nor told them anything about my drugs problems. It would have just added to the stress of everything, and constantly having to be reassesed for that is just taking the piss. Psychological things are so hard to proove one way or another, far more complicated than having a physical disabilty. Not that im dismissing physical disabilties, just that its so much more complicated.

I received my form and posted it back to them on January 10th.
Does anybody have an idea how long it takes to hear back from them?
According to their rules I should be placed into the Support group and then the Work programme will leave me alone.
Until I hear back saying that I am in the support group I am still being hassled by the work programme.
So am just waiting for a decision to be made but have no idea how long it should take for their decision to be made.

Yeah your might likely to have a mental break down because of the DWP let alone your illness.

I've been waiting about four months for a response to mine, and I know others have been waiting longer. It seems there's a massive backlog of claims. At least they start paying you rather quickly (at the same rate as JSA), before they make a decision.
