No worries. I don't feel much on OPs anyway and it lets me get stuff done for her and not give her that death-pity-stair that so many other friends and family give. I feel it's a necessary evil for the time being. I just can't take the sadness without medication (opiates).

Back on topic 4 x oxy ir 20s (borrowed), should get my RX this week sometime and it's like paying the taxman cos I run up debts lol, but I get rxd an A LOT.oxy down the gullet aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe do a fat line of china white, why ? cos I can. and I start my day with velvet underground yet again.

Yeah our meds are mixed, she has terminal cancer, and the fucked up thing is I get prescribed way more oxy than her oncologist and her pain specialist combined, so I often end up lending or giving her pills and can thus borrow them in return when im down on my luck like now. Fuck I can't keep my eyes open, one will close then the other, weird nodds. ELVES IN THE EYELIDS.

No more heroin atm (had an amazing bag that got me higher than I've ever been on opiates besides maybe oxymorphine (still safe of course), then a nice solid bag after that). Right now I have a few hundred mg of oxycodone and took 100mg with 3 mg of alprazolam a few hours earlier along with pregabalin. I smoked a little kief and am feeling reaaaaal righ.
 
Smoked a chemdawg joint to myself, watching some Miyazaki movies, right now I'm well into Nausicaä Of The Valley Of The Wind.
 
Drank a pint of Jack Daniels and finishing up on a a Labatt Blue tall boy.
Smoked 1 gram of some kind of purply weed, wasn't great, but wasn't bad either. Nice n high now, time to drink till I pass out.

It would probably work for tar but not nearly as well considering there are a number of other alkaloids in tar like morphine and codeine. The cocaine tests are said to work alright but obviously it's only going to give you a VERY rough idea. Better than asking some people on the internet though lol
 
I slept on my arm for 12 hours straight two nights ago. I went to the ER today. My diagnosis was Tendonitis, Ulnar Tunnel syndrome, and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I was told to keep ice packs on my hand and elbow 15 minutes every hour, take high doses of Naproxen, and was prescribed high dose of a steroid which I can't get until tomorrow. The steroid could cause rapid cycling into a manic state. I am already hypomanic. Without this treatment, I could lose function permanently in my pinky and ring finger and about the left third of my left hand. If it worsens, the pinky and ring finger could require amputation and it could even be worse than that if it gets much worse and I don't seek treatment quickly.
Right now I am taking 75mg hydrocodone, 4mg clonazepam, 3.25mg alprazolarm, 2g naproxen, 50mg prednisone, 800mg cimetidine (potentiates hydrocodone and alprazolam), 200mg seroquel, 500mg pregabalin/Lyrica, 50mg diphenhydramine, 8g inositol, 3g choline, 1g sulbutiamine, 350mg L-Dopa, 100mg picamilon (like a strong version of Phenibut with somewhat different effects), 20mg Huperzine A, 30mg vinpocetine, 200mg L-theanine, 700mg DMAE Bitartrate, 2g Cissus quadrangularis extract powder, 200mg DHEA, 400mg Panax Ginseng, 425mg energizing antioxidant formula, 1 multi vitamin pill, 600mg gabapentin, 1g evening primrose oil, 800 IU vitamin E, 3g flaxsed oil (2.5g Alpha Linolenic Acid - Omega 3, 330mg Linoleic Acid - Omega 6, 360mg Oleic Acid - Omega 9), 2 Ultra Mega Green dietary supplement capsules, 400ug Chromium Picolinate, 1g flush-free Niacin, 3 capsules Acai Berry+Green Tea, 1,500mg Lipozene, 1,000 IU vitamin D-3, 400mg SAM-e, and 60mg Ginkgo Biloba extract.
About to take 40mg 3-meo-pcp in four doses, hits of weed, and hits of 30mg level nicotine electronic cigarette fluid with sweetener and weight loss formula (caffeine and I think synephrine).

That is a Hell of a lot but most of it is dietary supplements, nootropics, and vitamins with mild effects on cognition, mood, and few typically very minor side effects and things to help with Tendonitis, Ulnar Tunnel Syndrome, and Cubital Tunnel syndrome and al the pain and inflamation which is quite bad. The flesh above the affected elbow is swollen to about five times normsl size. Watching 1 episode of The Walking Dead with my nephew.

Also just had a Fezziwig beer and have a Boston Lager to sip for a bit.
 
More hydromorphone and more cigarettes.
Feelin alright shits got me stressed out and is makin it hard to enjoy my high.

Smoked 4-5 spliffs of Blueberry OG, had a beer, saw the Entrance Band (my friends' band) play a secret show, posted flyers for my bands next show, and now I'm at home, probably gonna bang a .3mg suboxone shot and take a valium, hang out listen to some more Entrance Band and smoke until i slumber.
