Are these pure codeine without the filler that CWE methods are needed?

No. Codeine phosphate is codeine phosphate, full stop. If it comes with paracetamol and all that other kinky stuff they throw in, it will say it in the label.

To get pure codeine phosphate (I've had them, 30mgs is a minute tablet), you will need to be in severe pain (in most countries). Unless you have been to the doctor for a real pain issue, you are very likely to have codeine phosphate with "something else".

cwe is to remove acetaminophen/paracetamol/liver killer.
so when the label says codeine w/apap..that's when you cwe.
codeine phosphate comes in many different mgs dosages..
i've had them as low as 10mg without any additional active ingredients...

Nope thats just codeine like everyone else has said, you only need to CWE if its with other things like paracetamol or ibuprofen.

I've heard codeine phosphate is not as potent as codeine. About 25% less to be exact.

100 mg phosphate = 75 mg codeine

I could be wrong though, this is what I've heard.

Well the most common Codeine salts are Codeine phosphate and Codeine sulfate. They are equally as potent as far as i know.

Codeine contin here in Canada seems to contain both Codeine monohydrate and Codeine sulfate trihydrate which is rather odd but at the end they still equal however much codeine is supposed to be in the pill.
