Getting C18H22INO3(25i-nbome) from C18H22INO3.HCl

I have a bunch of C18H22INO3.HCl and would like to know how to convert it to 25i, essentially just getting rid of the hydrochloride?

You do realize that the hydrochloride is active, right? There's no need to "convert" it to anything, and if you wanted to cook it up like crack you'd need to use a pretty ridiculously tiny amount and be really accurate when lighting it. Keep in mind that the drug is significantly more potent by inhalation than by insufflation.
