Bupe Precipitated Withdra wl HELP!?

HI, I need some help on what I should do about my current situation.

I was taking an assload of opiates this week, viks, oxys, all that stuff... and decided to try and take it easy. So I bought myself two 8mg sub strips, and 2 8mg subutex pills. I waited for about 18-19 hours from my last dose and blew my first few lines of subutex. I was fine for about 3-4 hours until I started getting massive headache, becoming very light sensitive. I came home from work and layed down for about 4 hours until I felt like I was going to vomit.. and I did. Several times. This is where I'm at. Should I take any suboxone? Should I wait it out? I dont know what the fuck to do.

It doesn't sound like PW's. PWs tend to come on faster than 3-4 hours after ingestion. Also the feelings of PW, overall, tend to be described as intense pain, extreme body temp changes, bad sweats, extreme depression, extreme anxiety feelings of doom.

When you say assloads of opiates, what do you mean? What is your tolerance level, cause assloads of opiates is very different from person to person. If it takes you on average 20-60 mg of hydro to get a buzz there is a chance that the amount of buprenorphine you took was more potent than your opioid threshold, and you became sick. Buprenorphine is very potent one could argue that 1 mg of bupe is around 35-55 mg of hydro.

It sounds to me you got sick from to much bup.

Yeah, you got fucked up on Subutex. Enjoy being fucked up for the next 24+ hours, depending on how much you took.
Just be careful, don't potentiate it. Just stay up as long as you can and take naps as you have to, walk around if you need to. Get a friend to watch you if you're worried.

Thanks for the advice all. I finally was able to fall asleep and feel a bunch better. Maybe I caught a bug in addition to taking too much bup? My tolerance to viks is about 180mgs. I take compound vik capsules that contain 90 mg hydrocodone + 100mg acematophin. I feel pretty normal at the moment so I'll probably just wait until I start feeling awful to take anymore. Usually the dose of bup I take is fine though, I think it was just bad timing.

And yeah, could have been either of those. For the sake of tolerance (and your bank account/pill count) it's always best to wait as long as possible to dose again, that way you feel it more and your body doesn't get used to frequent doses. Many members contribute redosing before coming back to baseline to quicker increases in tolerance.

That was no typo my friend. They certainly exist My dude is prescribed these capsules that are 90mg hydrocodone+ 100mg acetaminophen. The highest they can get to are 100mg hydrocodone. They make these because doctors are trying to lessen the amount of people being switched over to oxys. So they created these capsules. They're expensive though so it takes a chunk/my entire wallet.

But I re-upped on my capsules and did some, I feel a bunch better. From talking to a few people, it sounds like it was some weird bug going around. Headaches leading to vomiting. That's just what i've heard in my area of the midwest.
