I've been an opiate addict for many years. at the height of my addiction, I was taking 30 Lorcet 10/650's. then I discovered Opana, (before they re-made them where you cannot crush them!) and I was snorting them all day long. I had 30's, 40's, and I don't remember how many I was taking that last year or so, but it was a lot. and I drank wine every night as well. How I still manage to even HAVE a liver is beyond me. I
've been tested a few times for everything, and my health is absolutely perfect! miracle!
anyway, throughout the years, I went up and down, on and off, usually due to not being able to find or afford my pills.
so, I then discovered Suboxone!! I've been on it for a little under a year, and it's been a "wonder-drug" for me. not only do I not have cravings, but I just feel normal all the time. I feel good, have energy, have a positive outlook on life. I know realistically that even if I were to take opiates, I wouldn't get high from them, as the sub/bupe blocks the receptors in the brain. so that helps me too. you could lay a bunch op pills of every type, shape and size in front of me right now, and I wouldn't be in the least tempted!! so, I don't know if that's an option for you, doesn't sound like your habit is high enough to justify the need for something like suboxone or methadone. just know that there are things like that out there that do help. in the meantime, you'll be be better soon, just don't do the yo-yo thing like I did for so long! cause I really am lucky/blessed to be alive!!
