day 25 butt challenge day 7 beach body challenge then some cardio and russian twists

Decided to max out on bench for the first time since I stopped lifting several years ago when my opiate abuse destroyed my testosterone. To my surprise I actually got 225lbs(barely), I'm quite happy to say the least. My goal is to get back up to 275 in 3 months, not sure how realistic it is but i'm hopeful. Bench press is far from my favorite exercise but it is definitely the most fun to max out on.

It is doable if you train well man, pull ups can help to increase your total bench numbers, of course push ups help you as well. Good luck with the goal mate, and 225 is nothing to shabby.
 
5 miler run this morning, 1 hr yoga and today was arm day. at the gym and I got an hour of JKD/Aikido today with my girl. She is picking up the Aikido quickly and has me picking up the Krav Maga quickly my self. So between some nice sparing, a great work out some cardio and a little hookey from work for some hot tub sex today has been a great way to stay fit, though I gotta say she can through a serious right hook.
 
2.1 miles with the dogs :) I think they're enjoying it as much as I am. I got a new app for my phone that helps me track my fitness, it's super fun =D.
 
LOL the dogs always seem like the are enjoying it more then we do lol. I have a pair of spastic beagles right now mate what kid of dogs do you have Stardust?
 
lol yeah it is always impressive, I wish I had that kind of enthusiasm come time for my daily run. I have a pair of beagle one of which is a little chubby ( Sookie) an done of which is in killer doggie shape (Lafayette)( And yes they are named after True Blood Characters) . But they both love to run in the park no leash, and the spend the time running circles around me as we do the five miles. Or chasing deer or other various animals. I had a golden Retriever as well he passed away this summer 19 year old greatest dog I have ever owned, big guy too, was running the trails with us up until the last day. I am getting ready to buy a new guy, need a new hunter, so I am going with A Shiba Inu, need some thing calmer then the beagles, because they wake up every morning and have the energy of three meth heads it is unreal, but mine are gun shy which is a shame because they are awesome in the woods during Archery season. Mind If I ask what you have there Soul? Or are you just a general dog lover?

I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Oscar. He does rings around me when I take him for walkies as well, it is the funniest thing! When I pick up his lead and say "the w word" he nearly pisses himself with excitement. He marks his territory every chance, and when I let him off he runs and runs and runs. Dogs are the besssst :D <3

I do like the looks of the shiba-inus you mentioned!

haha yeah Jack Russell are awesome dogs, very friendly and full of energy. lol yeah i am convinced that I am being walked most of the time, I only have a small illusion of control they allow me to have. Yeah Shibas are an interesting breed, I had one years ago, same colours as the one in that picture, they are painfully cute little dogs but they are uber smart and use that cuteness to their advantage, the red coloured ones when young look like foxes, pudgy little foxes. They were bread to hunt small game, really independent thier only down size is they have this high pitched yelp scream thing when they want some thing that is just ear piercing.

Today was sort of the same 5 mile run, chest day in the gym, yoga, and an extra 45 mins outside playing catch the snow balls with the dogs, this morning.

For the first time ever since living here 2 years I was walking 2 days ago and the neighbor had their garage door open and this huge pit bull mix came running out and charged me and my 3 dogs. I always have control over my dogs and they walk fantastic but having all of them vulnerable on the ground with a fast dog charging me was not something I could control. I screamed at the top of my lungs while spreading out my arms (to look bigger) and screamed at the dog and it backed up for a bit and some lady came out. It started charging at us again so I was able to run between her cars as she threw something at it and I got all 3 picked up in my arms. I'm too terrified to take 3 dogs out at one time now :\ so now I do 3 rounds-1 with each dog. It sucks they're not getting as much exercise as I am since I know it's a release.

I love all dogs <3 Beagles are so sweet, and Jack Russels are spunky ;). Shibas are one of my close favorites...I can't get anymore dogs though :sus:

But for todays exercise I think a brisk morning walk just around the block with my youngest girl and then try to beat my 2.1mi this evening.
