this happened thanksgiving eve. i came home, and my roommate handed me a cup of water.
tasted like shit. we talked, she told me it was molly and asked if i was feeling it yet. i told her i wasn't,
and that i was tired and going to bed. she coerced me into taking more with her. i am not even
sure how much it was, she didn't have a scale, and i didn't even know how much was in the first glass.

she started getting mad about 10 minutes later when we still felt nothing, that she had gotten some
bad stuff. i told her we'd deal with it in the morning, i was tired, i needed some z's. good night.

i'm in my pj's, under the fluffiest, softest blanket watching some tv show, and everything just feels so
nice. the breeze from my fan is nice, the blanket is particularly soft, i can't feel my 100%-of-the-time-achey-knees ...
it's just hit her, too, and she's dragged me back to the living room and we're having a good time playing CoD:BO2.
i'm seeing things, though? i don't know how common visuals are with molly rolls, but they're rather vivid, and
the only one i'm scared of is the one trying to come out of the ceiling.

fast-forward. this ordeal started at around 11pm. it's about 5:00am, now. we're sitting on the couch watching
adventure time on netflix and i get up to go get some more water, and i feel this pressure building in my middle section.
the minute i turn the kitchen tap on, i am projectile. ( i mean, it was mostly water so not a big deal, right? )

wrong. i finally manage to stumble my way back to my room, where i spend the next two hours playing hot-lava
back and forth across my messy ass floor trying not to vomit everywhere. it's about 7:30am when i pass out
spooning my one-true-love; the toilet. i wake up hours later. hours. it's 5pm on thanksgiving when i roll out of bed.
my head is searing. my mouth is drier than the desert, and i am pleading with my roommate to just cut my head off already.

i manage to eat a little of the feast she had prepared (she didn't have anywhere near the violent reaction i did). not twenty
minutes later, i'm back in the bathroom. i proceed to return to my bed and awake at 5:00am, friday.

ten long-winded years later, i'm finally to the question i want to ask:

when i went to take my shower on friday, there were all of these red bumps on my back and sides. they weren't bothering me
until after i got out of the shower, then they started to hurt. they were so painful. they looked like bug bites, but then they
also looked like these huge pimples? as the days went on, they stopped swelling, but they look like they're turning purple, and
scarring? they also itch like a motherfucker.

is this just my body telling me to never, ever, under any circumstances, do that ever again?

Your roommate is fired. That's not cool. :\

As for the reaction, it is hard to tell without seeing what you're talking about. I'd have a doctor take a look at it. Purple isn't generally a color you want to see on your skin.

The projectile vomiting after the peak is over isn't normal either and visuals are somewhat common with high doses but they aren't usually scary with MDMA.

Something doesn't sound right. How are you feeling otherwise?

Sounds like a bad night. Always important to test your product to make sure you're actually taking MDMA.
Sounds to me like yet another 'drug' being passed off as 'Molly'. None of that sounds normal at all really. Try and grab a ecstasy testing kit before you're next time to be safe. Glad you're ok, and I'm sure you learned your lesson....

They said this was ten years ago, no? I feel like it would be at a greater likeliness of being real a decade ago.

Sounds a bit like a weird DXM experience. Anyhow as others stated don't take untested products :)

no omg i didn't mean it was literally ten years, i just felt like i was long-winded. woops. this was a few weeks ago.
other than the spots, i feel alright. no worse than usual. for a few days, though, i was ready to just cry at everything.
and then i promptly did.

Lol sorry dude. Probably should have said something like "what felt like ten years.."

haha probably no i just meant i am really rambly and it felt like ten years typing that. two all nighter's in a row will do that to you, i guess. oops! :x

A friend spiking your drink is so not cool. I'd reconsider having them as a friend personally, that's totally out of order. Like others have said, it sounds unlikely that you took MDMA, but who knows. The skin reaction sounds really unusual. If it's still bothering you maybe seeking medical assistance is the best thing to do.

Could have been MDMA or could have been anything else. Very bad form for your roommate to surprise-dose you with untested drugs, and I'm sorry but it was unwise of you to take more after you knew (I'm sure you don't need to be told that!).

Definitely see a doctor about your skin though. Both sleep deprivation and MDMA can suppress your immune system so you could have any kind of infection. My girlfriend had similar symptoms a few months ago- turned out to be harmless but her spots took several weeks to go away.

my birthday had been the week before and i told her i wanted to do mdma that night,
but i wasn't expecting her to surprise me like that.

in other news, the spots are clearing up with some salicylic acid concentrate that i use
to treat acne spots on my face. they're itchy and dry and leaving some faint scars, but
they're looking (and feeling!) a lot better.

we talked and i told her if she ever gets me anything that i said i want to try, she has to
absolutely tell me that she got it and we will do it together completely aware of what we
are ingesting because i do not want another surprise reaction like that.

thanks for your input, guys!

I have gotten hives in the past after irresponsible use of "molly" ... They went away quickly. I have since changed my ways. Not sure what exactly could be causing this as I never knew what was in the powder
