My travel plans got screwed up when I was in Dubai - was supposed to do China then India. (should be in Rome now !). It all went tits up, but I will be spending the next few weeks in the Middle East before I travel again (my birthday in a few weeks so might go Kerala ?).

I worked in KFC once. Just the one day. I'd advise against the chips. The chicken cos it's just a bit nasty (mmm.... marinated in its own puss... deep-fried abcesses... yum ) too, of course, but the chips in particular. One of my duties for the day was sweeping up the leftover chips from vacated tables and refrying 'em to sell again. Was told it was "unofficial policy" but I suspect it's mainly cos most fast food managers tend to be of a certain type...

Oh I'm sure it's nothing unique to KFC by any means. It's just that they serve chips straight onna serviette so people just have 'em loose on the table/tray. Is literally a case of sweeping 'em up and refrying. They even had a "thing" for it (for sweeping chips) so was obviously standard procedure at that place. Also knew a fella who (very proudly) worked in MuckyD's who had plenty of tales to justify that whole "Mucky" side of the branding. Ick. Just ick.

They sell buttery corn-on-the-cob, TD. And baked beans. Coleslaw too. That's virtually a complete vegetarian menu right there. I dunno. These bleedin' veggies expect the very Earth so they do. The very Earth

MDB: Hehe. Quite. My then g/f worked there and I was skint and doing a really expensive college course (in terms of materials anyway: photography before digital came in) so needed the cash. I woke up the next morn with a vicious flu so was clearly not meant to be and they sacked me for being ill.

Probably fine, yes, but do keep an eye on it just in case and get it checked out if it lingers

Why sore? Did you miss any of the shots? Is the site swollen, red, hot, itchy? Whole arm aching or just the immediate injection site?

Eph is not good to inject, or IM. I forget the reason why. I think the LD50 is significantly lower when it's injected.

Hmm... I had no problems injecting the stuff beyond the expected. I wouldn't make a habit of it on the grounds that it just ain't very impressive injected so have better things to do with my veins. Oral/rectal only for EPH, me. Interesting to hear it is actually potentially iffy when injected. Wonder why that would be? Aside from potential OD, obviously.
