Molly capsule size?

Hey guys - so I am buying some molly caps that my dealer is putting between .2-.3g of molly in them. He says that he usually takes up to .3g in a night. I'm just wondering, I do have a test kit but I'm tryna have at least some chance of it being MDMA before i pay money for it to test it, is approx .2-.3g in a cap unreasonable since a dose of MDMA is usually .14ish? Or could it just be cut down with something? Bath salts are so common in the NYC area its unfortunate people take .5g to 1g in a night get a shitty high and think they are "rolling" -_-

Edit: He also says that he usually drinks with them which I heard doesn't really go with MDMA

My personal account on separate weekends:

Took 250mg pure mdma, no problems.
Took 300mg methylone, no problems.
Took 300mg cap of mdma, unaware it was mixed with meth & god knows what else, ended up with paramedics.

Honestly I'd stick with taking a 175-200mg cap, then an hour later taking the 100mg. Taking 300mg of pure mdma at once can be very overwhelming unless you've been doing it awhile and have a tolerance.
You MUST test it before hand. I didn't, and i took the consequence

Is this your first time taking MDMA? If so, go with a 100mg dose of it providing you have done a reagent test on it. If you want to re dose do another 50mg an hour later.

If it really is 200-300mg of actual MDMA in them then that is a high dose and the difference between 200mg and 300mg is the difference between a really good time or a really overly-intense close/unenjoyable experience depending on tolerance and a few other factors.

Ask him whether it is cut or not to see what you dealing with as well.

300mg MDMA was the "standard" dose in my area until I started doing MDMA and told my friends about harm reduction. My friends had been ignorantly taking unknown chemicals. Your dealer most likely doesn't have MDMA, MDMA that's cut, or extremely MDMA-tolerant customers. 300mg MDMA will destroy most people if it's their first time. I wouldn't want to possibly ruin a chance for you to get good MDMA though, so I'd get it and test it anyways if I were you.

No dealers put more than 200mg of uncut MDMA in a capsule. It's usually 100-150mg in a capsule; more than that and the chance of it being cut or not MDMA at all is a lot higher. You should ask him to test it before you buy it. If it's MDMA then he shouldn't have a problem with that. I'd bet on it being Methylone if there is over .2 in the capsules.

Never take the risk of losing your current state of mental condition and take advice from a dealer that tells you to take .3g in a night.

He may be your friend but there is absolutely no harm in getting a test kit because straight up that does not sound good.

Yeah I figure he might of said he takes more in a night so that I buy more but then again like I said there is so much methylone and mephedrone in my area and kids my age ( 18 ) are just oblivious and uneducated and don't even know what I mean when I say MDMA. I asked if it was MDMA and he said "not mixed with anything else" so basically I have a feeling its probably not. Hmph what a shame these people are retarded these days.
