To me everyone has a drug of choice like they would food or music. My drug of choice happens to be MDMA. I have no experience in 4 aco dmt, 4 ho met or 2cb at all. I think it's perfectly normal for someone like you're self to find a better "high" with other substances that work for you. When you mention if it is a waste of time, for you I would say yes. I have often thought about experimenting with other substances like the ones you have mentioned but I find myself thinking those for me would be a waste of time given the fact if I am going to take a substance and take the risk I want to risk it on a substance I know I enjoy which for you would be 2cb or meth =)

Not quite it's a combination of say 20 mg 2cb and 10-15 mg meth. Meth by itself is useless unless you want to clean your house or have a heap of chores you've been putting off for ages. My MDMA honey moon ended in 2000 after excessive MDMA use. I dabble now and then but no longer find the spark. I love the intense visuals substances like 2cb give on the dance floor with all the lazers, lights etc. The meth is just for energy so you can dance all night long!! The 2cb is for the empathy, touch, euphoria... very similar to MDMA but with more visuals experience and not as rough a come down the next few days... leave that for the meth but again in small doses not so bad with a benzo. I don't think anyone can comment on a quantitative comparison unless they have actually experienced the various substances first hand. I know MDMA is lacking for me but you don't know 2cb etc is lacking for you as you have never tried these substances...
On a seperate note I find MDMA to be quite risky especially knowing the chemistry behind it and seeing some of the crud passed of as 80% pure MDMA. What is the other 20%? Get a GCMS for that MDMA? Meth is also dodgy but a little home chemistry and even the dodgiest shards can be easily cleaned up nicely vs MDMA. That said actual nice clean MDMA is about and is blatantly obvious vs brown "sass" or "moon rock". I will say if you ever come across 4MAR aka U4RIA back the fuck away that shit is insane 200 mg had 2 people fucking wired 0 sleep for 5 days and even then needed 4+ mg xanax to pass out... never again. An example of quantitative comparison made through experience.
Basically I'm saying without the experience you can't say you will enjoy MDMA more because you have never tried anything else. It'd be like saying Fosters beer is the best beer in the world but only because you have never drunk any other beer, then along comes Stellar, bees knees, heiniken, XXXX, tooheys etc...
TraneWarrior, have you rolled on pure MDA? How would you compare it to MDMA and MDMA/MDA? Was it harsher on your body? Have you only used MDXX by swallowing it? Ever Snorted/IVed?
Maybe saying it would be a waste of time is the wrong wordage, but personally I enjoy the "High" and don't have the urge to explore other substances that could be (I will probably never know) better or worse then MDMA to me.
I'm not entirely sure if this has been asked already. Have you noticed any deficits in memory or general cognitive abilities? If so, have they worsened over time? A lot of research show that heavy use does cause a deficit in certain memory skills and high level cognitive abilities. Also, I'm not sure whether you're still using or not, but if you're not and had experienced mental deficits have they improved from abstaining?
Hello,
Can someone really get addicted to this drug only using it once? Let's say the person has no previous drug issues (alcohol not included),is this true? Were you addicted after using it the once? I never used drugs, but I've always been curious (not enough to try drugs).
Thanks,
Cattet

Hi Cattet, you're buying into the Government propaganda spewed at you. MDMA is not addictive. Alcohol and tobacco are far far more addictive and yet legal. So, if you've tried them then you have a reference point to the addictiveness of MDMA. Sure, it's fun but it's highly unlikely that you'll become addicted.
The best way to tell if you still have that magic, feel good, social, lovable roll that everyone craves is to roll with 1 other person in the comfort of you're home. A best friend or a girlfriend, that is when the true magic of MDMA comes to life and the social effects of MDMA are extremely pronounced. It will allow you to be comfortable, social, safe and feel the complete duration of the roll without worries. It will allow a true bonding experience which is what MDMA is best at.
Have you ever known anyone to be successful rolling while on pristiq (50mg daily)? Its been almost a decade since I have, and I want to try it again. Anyone in your circle done this? I have the opportunity coming up in a few weeks - trying to decide if its worth it.

While I'm not as seasoned as you are (I started in 2004), I agree with this statement completely. That is the only way that I could ever see myself rolling again is in that type of environment and that's how the last of my rolls went down. Alcohol was for clubs and parties, MDMA was for 1 on 1 affairs.
You still have to be careful in those environments though. Without going into too much detail, I had a friend that I was rolling with in this manner quite often and it absolutely tore our friendship to shreds because I fell for this person and I was so delusional from all of the rolls that I actually had believed that there was really something there, made up an entire relationship in my head actually. Now years later is the first time that I can actually see things for what they truly were and I have a lot of regret over it. It isn't a terribly uncommon effect with MDMA either.
Since nobody has the answer to this, I will answer it for you.
It is possible to roll on Effexor and Pristiq (Pristiq is the active metabolite of Effexor, chemically, desvenlafaxine) however it will be blunted and its likely to be more stimulating and less euphoric. I've had friends who found that they could roll on both meds, it just wasn't as lovey and was a bit edgier.
TranceWarrior - One thing that I've noticed now that I'm recovering from my crazy MDxx abuse is that my long term memory is returning however my brain for math is still completely shot to hell. I used to be able to do complex mathematical calculations in my head and I noticed pretty much as soon as I started rolling that it caused an immediate deficit in that part of my mental functioning. Have you noticed this as well?
I know exactly what you mean, It can take a friendship/relationship and sky rocket it into space. But sometimes as time passes, drugs wear off and people choose new paths the sad reality is found that the feelings were in the moment and fueled by drugs.
Interesting, so when you say you're long term memory is returning how do you notice? Are memories just a lot easier to access now?
lol I am horrible at math!!! But I always have been, I honestly hate it. I can do the basics but after that I need a calculator, so I am not really sure if MDMA has made me any worse then I already was.
I will say tho after a MDMA binge (Bad idea) I had a moment where it took me a few minutes to even do simple addition, it took me a lot longer to figure it out then it should of. I recovered from that after a few hours tho.
When I stopped rolling, just about all of the "friends" I made while under the influence went right along with the drugs. I held on to a few special friends but the rest just fell apart. I've actually destroyed three friendships through complications with rolling in too close quarters and the feelings that popped up, either or both sides. MDA was especially great at screwing up relationships.
This is exactly what I mean. Previously, there was a fog that covered most of my memories - this started before I even started taking the benzos so I don't think the benzos are the cause although my tapering could certainly be speeding up the slow process of restoring my memories. The funny thing is that as this process goes on, my memories of rolling that I used to cherish so much are fading and being replaced by my sober memories. Its actually quite an interesting phenomenon. It makes me wonder if "losing the magic" of MDMA is actually directly related to over-association of MDMA with specific things in your memory and that as those memories fade in the brain, the "magic" is restored until the brain gets retrained again.
My rational thinking is much faster than it was as well. Psychedelics never seemed to affect my ability to process complex thoughts in a detrimental way (if anything, they tended to speed up how quickly my brain functioned, especially when it came to branching multiple topics and processing them all at the same time) but as I got into the empathogenic amphetamines, that detriment became evident quite quickly. Even simple things like spelling or grammar which came to me rather naturally before were dramatically affected after abusing the empathogenic amphetamines.
I wonder what triggers this with MDMA. It would make for an interesting study to see what the overall effect of MDMA is on mathematical computation. It would be an easily designed test since math always has only one possible correct answer.
