Please, give tips on when you take MDMA, what you should do to stay safe (keeping your heart rate normal, etc).

Any certain types of foods to eat?...
And any vitamins or other during the day,

of course water anything else?

Thanks!

There's definitely no way to keep your heart rate normal, but watching your activity level is recommended (ie: if dancing, TAKE BREAKS sometimes!). Sweating and creating lots of urine over the course of the night, whether or not your actually able to pee before the end of the night, can take out a few of your electrolytes so one sports drink before bed is a good call. Other than that, the typical "wait at least a month between rolling sessions, don't take more than a couple of pills each time, and for god's sake test your drugs" is the most important part :)
Don't mix MDMA with medications if it can be helped, and if you are mixing with medications check on the forums first to see if anyone can give you information about drug interactions. Try to limit alcohol intake due to the dehydration effects of alcohol, and I thought I'd read that alcohol increases the neurotoxicity of MDMA (I can't remember for sure though so look into it).

Don't dance/exert yourself to exhaustion.
Drink enough water but not too much.
Eat healthy food, not too much fat/sugar/salt. Try to have some tryptophan in your diet.
Reagent test your MDMA before taking it.
Weigh out a dose, don't eyeball.
Chewing gum might help you avoid grinding your teeth, or just keeping your tongue between your teeth can help too. People recommend taking magnesium for this as well.
Don't re-dose.

About 2 or 3 hours before I roll, I take calcium-magnesium chelate at a 2:1 ratio (350mg Ca, 175mg Mg) as well as an extra 500mg of magnesium. Then after 2 hours rolling I take another 250mg of Mg. This amount seems to work great for me and I used to always have a sore face the next day from grinding or clenching my jaw! If you're going to take Mg, take calcium as well because it helps with absorption, but often the chelate that contains both has a low amount of Mg so I get a little extra Mg.

Isn't calcium an anti oxidant that Should be taken post roll? IIRC calcium pre loading can dull the effects of mdma. I do second your notion of mg. Didn't know calcium aides that asorbtion...hmm learn something new everyday

Thanks guys, great discussion here, Keep it up please.

May anyone here, please describe the noticeable/actual benefits of magnesium please?. I am always seeing magnesium supplements regarding the CNS... What does magnesium supplements do please?

thank you.

Most people like to take magnesium to reduce the jaw clenching effects of MDMA.

The possibility of a micro-nutrient actually changing the way a drug effects you is pretty obscure.
