French slang in quebec is
weed : Buzz,Boom,Vert,Verdure
coke : Poudre, PouPou, d'la Blanche
Mdma/E pills : E, Molly, MD are the most common ones
Shrooms are mainly called Mush
Crack : D'la Roche
Meth pills : SPeed,Ice
 
What does the word dope mean to you?

To my buddy it's meth, to me it's always H? Whatcha think?

I was going to create a poll but I guess that no longer exists?

Options are:

Heroin
Cocaine
Methamphetamine
Cannabis
Crack
ANY drug
ANY narcotic

although, some people call cannabis dope.. so I guess it can be either/or.. when I say the word 'dope' I'm talking about H.

Yeah, calling weed "dope" was a very old things to do.. i feel that term is really outdated and these days, people know dope is H.. especially since a huge majority of suburban towns have been infested with H.

Totally agree, except I believe "dope" can be also be used to refer to any opiate you could build an IV habit on (as defined by William S Burroughs).

I also really like in Baltimore it's, "Boy or girl?" "hard or soft?" "raw or scramble?"
And the infinity of names used to refer to hash oil based on consistency: shatter, sugar, sap, crumble, honeycomb, oil...
 
I've come to refer to H as dope on BL because that's the "universal" term, here. (I wouldn't understand half the posts in the how high thread otherwise. :p ) I didn't know that dope meant H in America before joining BL, probably because it's also used in Belgium, but it refers to hard-drugs in general here.
 
Our slang for temazepam also means sneakers, slang for G means cloudberry, slang for MDMA is the name of a traditional easter dessert.

The best slang term here, which is for cannabis, is derived from "blossom" which I find to be really cool haha.
 
^That's a california thing as far as i can tell, i've heard the term used only by gang bangers though, except for me and a friend i used with in high school, although we reffered to every drug with every slang it's adopted at one point or another, mostly jokingly.

But yeah, definitely only a west coast thing, and only for tar if I'm correct?
 
^pretty much, cause thats what the mexican cartel dudes call it from what i know, but i've never heard anybody on the east coast call heroin anything but "dope"

and seeing as its a west coast thing, its mostly tar being referred to as chiva.

You're thinking of "cheeba" not "chiva"....

Chiva is common to refer to black tar, that or "black"....
 
"Chapapote" is also used in the south west by the cartels, also referring to tar heroin (as its direct translation is tar).
 
I never exactly understood the slang White Girl for Cocaine. like is it because it's white or because when a lot of people think cocaine they think lindsay lohan lol
