Pretty high on dope, about to go buy shampoo & conditioner and maybe more dope and possibly go to needle exchange and get a couple. I need to stop with the H soon, or at least cut it down to once a week. So of course my thought process is "lets IV a few times before we have to quit".

Quick question... I broke my hand 6 weeks ago. Getting the pins out next week. My doc says he's not giving my any more perks even after surgery. He said I might need to be sent to pain management. What is that?

Basically, they evaluate your pain levels & decide wether or not to prescribe painkillers to you. lol.
Your surgeon/doctor COULD give you more PK's, but he's just being a dick & wants you to be evaluated by PM.

how far? i'd go up to a mile round trip, but only because i'd be able to smoke a stogey or two on the way back. snow sucks if it's more than a few inches anyway. more than that and heavier gear than sneakers is preferable. honestly though, if you are on dope and booze, you should be comfortable no matter what lol.
 
^ right? After I got my dope tonight I walked back home from where I hit dropped off. It's only 10 mins but the walk up was brutal. Withdrawing and it was 29 degrees. I get back and walk after I did 3 bags in the car and it felt like 45-50 with some wind. Lol now it would he even better cuz I got a little drink and some dank in me to.

Instead if walking to get cigs I'm gonna sit here, drink Bacardi, do 2 more bags soon (got 2 for the am to) sit by the fire, smoke cigs and fuck around on here. Feels much better then earlier.

Back to no opiates, and just subs come Monday morning tho

Pretty high actually. House mates were at work all night, got drunk, got coke, went pub with house mates when they came off work, now it's 4.30am and I'm kicking back to tunes until I sober up a bit, etizlam to send me off. Decent night.
